This hotel is conveniently located near the city center of Palermo. The rooms were very small, extremely outdated, and somewhat dark. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. If you are looking for just a place to sleep at a good price, it offers great value. The breakfast was amazing and the staff, helpful and accommodating.

I really like the 24-hour front desk here. They are very welcoming and helpful. The room is the best room in this price range. The picture shows the food court which is a 1-minute walk away.

The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.

Beautifully clean room and common area. Conveniently located to great restaurants, fish market and shopping. Excellent staff service and breakfast service for 10£. Very comfortable room. The street side room is above restaurants so noise volumes are a bit louder but i was so tired that it did not keep me up.

Showing signs of age This must've been an awesome property when it opened 10 years ago, but it is not the same as it once was. The walls are dirty in some places, some of the gaps between the tiles are discolored, the cracks are starting to appear in the shower floor. The room was crowded to the point that it was hard to move the desk chair out. And that is the only chair there was in the room....

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station in mostly quiet residential area. The breakfast is not included but well worth the price. Be sure to order the evening before. Together with other colleagues we stayed in this hotel near the University of Palermo. It is a family-run hotel and the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our stay pleasant. This is a great little B&B for travelers or vacationers. Massimo is extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and they do a great job. There is also a communal kitchen with a beautiful rooftop area to enjoy meals with a view of the sea and city.

The service staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room could have been clean. There was black stuff coming out of the tiles when I was showering. I was here for business, usually only back in the room after working hours, and the room met my basic needs.

Despite some negative comments, perhaps from people who stayed on the first floor, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The wait staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the parking was free. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, but it was completely quiet after 11 p.m.

Cute 16th century place. Adequate service very slow and not consistent. Beds not very comfortable so I slept on the couch. Only thing that was nice was the breakfast and surprisingly for an area with some of the best espresso their espresso was disgusting.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Spent 4 nights here in March, 2025. We cannot praise the staff enough - they were all excellent. The reception staff on arrival, and throughout were extremely helpful. Whether it was prepping our arrival or helping with onward travel arrangements, nothing was a problem or a chore to them. Parking is a little tricky, and expensive with a larger vehicle (SUV) but convenient and safe. The facility is definitely older, but well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Tastefully and modernly furnished accommodation with outdoor shower comes along with very nice owners and a beautiful and lively beach within walking distance. Questions were answered via Whats App quickly at any time. Yoghurt, tea and coffee could be consumed around the clock. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the accommodation.

The sanitation is good. The staff will send me a message in advance to ask about the check-in time to confirm whether it is within their working hours. If not, they will send a tutorial to your email to tell you how to enter the hotel. The bathroom is separate from the bedroom, but you don't need to share it with others, it's just separate. Lemon candy is provided and the staff is very friendly.

The property is located just steps from the Quattro Canti, an excellent location for walking to all attractions. We found our room a bit dated and definitely in need of a makeover. The headboard is made of fabric, which is not washable and therefore unhygienic. The air conditioning is noisy, so if it's very hot and you have to leave it on at night, it would be annoying. Never again. Not worth the price The place is not up to standard. Very old building with little maintenance. Electrical fittings are old and don't inspire confidence. No wardrobe or mini fridge, the paint on the wall needs a new coat and the curtains need replacing. The air condition unit looks like 15 years old. I switched it off after 2 minutes as it was letting off a bad smell. No luggage store...

Unfortunately, there was no hot water (yes, even after waiting a minute, which the owner rudely replied to another commenter). Eventhough our room was clean and cosy, and the staff very friendly, tourists should be aware that this hotel is located in a pretty poor and dark district of Palermo, with way-to-narrow streets, that make it pretty easy to get lost, specially at night.
