Easy parking with payable. Big market near the hotel every morning. Rooms are enough and higher landscape.

The room was tidy and clean but the shower pressure was too low and the Wifi kept coming and going so I had to give up and use my own. I signaled it to the receptionist but nothing happened. Other than that, the staff were professional.

The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights. However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. Quality-price ratio is quite good on this hotel. However, if you are walking there it is a bit far from the main attractions and you have to walk through a very shady area during the night time. Rooms are spacious but old, would need some renovation, for example most power plugs did not work on our room. The breakfast was quite good for the price.

A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room.

The hotel was amazing only thing that always loud because of road in front. And also 2 minuses one is that when I was opening the window it was entering the smell of ****. The second is that it’s far from sea. It was prohibited to swim in swimming pool. But my room was wide with cycle in my room.

Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.

Tucked away in a busy neighborhood -- this was the perfect location for us to visit family about an hour away and have easy access to the Palermo airport the morning of our departure. The office staff is incredibly helpful as is the bar and restaurant staff -- particularly Gabriel who we enjoyed spending time with! Food in the restaurant was fantastic and rooms were clean and serviced daily.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel on any level. The front desk staff were ok but barely helpful. Room housekeeping never quite got it right. Family vacation Hotel is old and in need of repair and cleaning. Room was clean but evidence of mold above shower head. Mattresses are memory foam with memory beyond useful wear. Breakfast was very disappointing. Location was excellent.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It took a while to get to the airport by bus. I was surprised that the building where I checked in was different from the building where I was staying.

Nice place. Luca and Luciano /the guys from the hotel were very kind. Parking in blue zone costs 1 euro per hour from 8 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm. From 2 pm to 4 pm there is no charge.

Parking is a little tricky, and expensive with a larger vehicle (SUV) but convenient and safe. The facility is definitely older, but well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

The location is superb! It's a 15-minute walk from the central train station, and the hotel is right next to the Four Corners Square. It's only 500-600 meters to the main cathedral and the opera house, meaning all attractions within the old city are within walking distance.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good in the city centre which is convenient to any place. The airport bus pick up point is about 5 mins walk. The staffs in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Lots of deserts in breakfast and the waiters are lovely too. The property itself was located in a very convenient area that made it easy to explore, and had some great restaurant options in close proximity to where we stayed, though it is a city and it looks like a city. our host Alessandro could not have been better. He took care of everything for us, including arranging our parking in the traffic restricted area. He was a fun, informative host.

This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Just like any historic center in Italy, facade looks gritty. However, once in the door to the B&B suite, hey presto, bedroom suite is modern and clean!
