Easy parking with payable.
Big market near the hotel every morning.
Rooms are enough and higher landscape.
The room was tidy and clean but the shower pressure was too low and the Wifi kept coming and going so I had to give up and use my own. I signaled it to the receptionist but nothing happened. Other than that, the staff were professional.
The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights.
However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later...
Having read all those negative reviews about the hotel I was pleasantly surprised to have such a lovely stay for 3 nights here. We had a room with a view, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there was no kettle nor iron in the room that is definitely not up to 4 stars standard. The bathroom looked a bit tired that required upgrading or at least better maintenance. However, everything was in good working...
Nice hotel in Palmero, close to the 107 bus stop that takes you into the center (trip takes about 30 minutes)
The hotel was big and the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels.
I arrived with a broken lock on my bag and the hotel staff helped me fix it! They were really helpful and friendly .

2 min walk to the beach. But besides that, 35 mins walk to station. Attractions are all near the station.
The counter lady service quality need to improve.
The room is spacious, clean. Some cheap one bed room does also has the view of the ocean. It is considered quiet.
The breakfast is really good compared to the same price in rome.
If u hire a car to visit this place, it is highly recommended...
Quality-price ratio is quite good on this hotel. However, if you are walking there it is a bit far from the main attractions and you have to walk through a very shady area during the night time. Rooms are spacious but old, would need some renovation, for example most power plugs did not work on our room. The breakfast was quite good for the price.
Rooms are big and clean. Pool is not great but nicly located at top floor. What I really fid nit like is how they handle luggage storage. It’s kept in open room close to reception theoretically reception watches over it but when i came to pick up my luggage stuff at front desk was overwhelmed with guests and just walked in took my stuff no questions asked (and people in reception weee different shift...
An old hotel on the outskirts of the city that offers good value for money, especially for those travelling by car. Palermo is a large and bustling city, but the hotel's free parking is easily accessible before the city centre gets busy. The hotel's breakfast is served on the 14th floor, which is a bit difficult to reach by lift at breakfast time, but the breakfast itself is tasty and extensive, including...
After reading some of the reviews of the hotel, I was dreading checking in. Yes, the hotel is a bit out of the way, in quite a run down area but Ubers and taxis were reasonably cheap.
Our room was lovely, clean, massive bed and had everything that we needed.
The public spaces were clean and comfortable, the pool area was clean but there was a definite lack of sunbeds and we didn't swim because of the...

The hotel was amazing only thing that always loud because of road in front. And also 2 minuses one is that when I was opening the window it was entering the smell of ****. The second is that it’s far from sea. It was prohibited to swim in swimming pool. But my room was wide with cycle in my room.
The room faces the sea directly... it's very beautiful, just a bit low on the floor. There's a famous Chinese restaurant and a noodle shop about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is pretty good. Breakfast was decent.
Our first time in Palermo. Very comfortable hotel, cheerful and helpful staff especially Martina and Leo in the restaurant. Great pool spoiled by very loud pop music in the poolside seating area. Overall a very good stay, thank you.
Wonderful hotel. Clean friendly. Martina in the dining room and the gentleman behind the bar ( whose name I did not get) were both terrific in assisting us. Thank you

Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left.
The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.
Paolo was fantastic - he helped us while sitting by the pool and also in the evening with cocktails. The hotel is a perfect location, clean and safe. Their food is also fresh and delicious. Constantino makes an amazing espresso martini as well, one of the best we have ever had!

A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall. The only downside was the paint smell in the second-floor hallway, but not inside the room.
The room was spacious, the location was great, it was quiet, and the breakfast was delicious!
The hotel building is beautiful, a very old historical building. It's in a great location, within walking distance of all the attractions. The front desk staff are very helpful and can answer many questions. Overall, it offers good value for money.
Great location.
Wonderful breakfast.
Great staff.
My husband booked this hotel for me on Trip. This hotel is perfect for solo travel - very convenient, and very clean. I will definitely use this hotel again when I come.

Great location- good service. The room was clean, and comfortable. I only stood one night, as this was a transit day for me in Palermo. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate me arriving slightly earlier than expected. The location is great for a first time visit in Palermo- just outside the Quattro Canti.
A fantastic hotel!
1. Excellent location: Famous attractions like the Quadrilateral Square (crossroads), the Pretoria Fountain, and the Admiral's Abbey are right outside the door. The theater, palace, and cathedral are a 6-7 minute walk away. It's also situated in a bustling commercial area, making shopping and dining very convenient.
2. Excellent service: The staff are patient and welcoming, remembering...
The location is excellent, right next to the Quattro Square. The hotel looks very old and historic, reminding me of the Grand Budapest Hotel, but because it's so old, it has a slightly eerie feel to it—I guess that's just my perception. The service was very friendly; they proactively arranged a private car for us to the airport, and the hotel breakfast was also very generous.
The hotel is magnificent, truly palace-like. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite cramped, with a broken sliding door.
Excellent! Fantastic location! The staff were always on hand to assist with anything we needed.
The location is fantastic, within a 10-minute walk of the Teatro Massimo and Palermo Cathedral, and a 5-minute walk to the seaside. The hotel rooms are relatively basic, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fruits, including incredibly sweet black plums. The house was once home to a baron, and the current dining room is his former bedroom.

Really loved our stay. Spacious room, lovely balcony over looking the square and air con was super efficient. Could do with more wardrobe/ cupboard space but we just loved the room. It was ideal.
The hotel is centrally located.
The housekeeping is excellent, with clean bed sheets provided daily.
The rooms and bathrooms are spacious.
A top-quality full breakfast is offered, with many options including pastries, hot breakfast items, and fresh fruit.
The staff is attentive and helpful.
We had a room on the 7th floor with a balcony. The view and location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. It was just far enough away from the hustle of the downtown area. We walked to and from the Opera house area with no problems. There is a gelato shop just on the corner from the hotel that has the best gelato. The hotel is situated across from the square, Teatro Politeama Garribaldi. We found...
The rooms are tremendously clean and well appointed. The only drawback to the rooms is that this is a boutique hotel and therefore the rooms are a bit smaller than a purpose built hotel. Having said that the location of the hotel and the staff of the hotel more than make up for room size. In an excellent location and very friendly service! We were extremely satisfied with our stay here - the balcony was nice and spacious and we had a gorgeous view of the piazza outside the hotel. The rooms were a little outdated but nothing that would lead us not to rebook.

Great service, and the front staff is kind and friendly, which is wonderful. The room was spacious enough for a night’s stay and the bathroom was clean. The air conditioning worked well, the bedding was comfortable and the curtains blocked out most of the light.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get to the opera house and the city center. The breakfast spread was generous, and the front desk staff could communicate in English. Although the hotel is rated five-star, the decor and facilities are showing their age.

Amazing New Year Eve celebration. Bartender Claudio provided exceptional service for our group. Good cocktails in Palermo. Grazie Claudio!
Very elegant hotel. I've been to other NH hotels before, but this is the nicest. The staff is friendly, and the best breakfast was Claudio, always ready and kind to serve me.
A great hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, really nice and friendly service. In particular Claudio, who served us at the breakfast buffet. After two days he knew our preferences for coffee and eggs and treated us as if we had come there to stay for years. We loved the hotel and can only recommend it.
This hotel is of a very high standard; I'm very satisfied with the modern facilities available in Europe.
What a warm welcome sitting at the bar, enjoying an aperol-spritz, made by Claudio - He surely is a win for all guests! Rooms where okay - the view could be better tho.
Claudio saved the Day after bad weather and a not so satisfying room-situation (wich was thankfully resolved). With his friendly attitude and his kind smile, he invited us to stay a little longer at the bar and have some great conversations about food and dining.

Everything was perfect.
Location, parking, staff, room, breakfast.
Everything was truly perfect.
Congratulations to all the staff!
We had a short stay at this hotel. Its main advantage is its location, a 10-minute walk from the city center.
However, it's not a true 4-star hotel. The room was small and, above all, outdated. The hotel is clearly not up to the standard of other 4-star hotels in the Accor chain. It's in dire need of renovation. The shower is tiny, and the bathroom paint was peeling in places. Overall, it lacked charm...
The room itself was clean and comfortable for what we paid. This was let down by very average customer service at the front desk. No acknowledgment of Accor Gold status and did not even look if there was a possibility of late check out when asked. Just a no. Website states umbrellas available (it was raining outside) but not the case when asked. Costs so little to have a few umbrellas on hand or can...

Excellent in all respects (cleanliness, service, calm,...) Just one negative point: very far from the city center (booked knowingly).

Great, historical hotel in a nice location. Hotel clearly needs maintenance. The door of our restaurant couldn’t be closed so very unpleasant. Palermo is the last stop of our entire trip to Sicily. It is a city full of history. Palermo is particularly suitable as a transit point to other attractions on the island. This hotel has a good location, it is convenient to get around, and the breakfast is also quite rich.
The hotel environment is good. The service staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. There is a parking service for 50 euros a day. The room is large and clean. There is breakfast. The price/performance ratio is good. The hotel restaurant is very beautiful. The service is top-notch in Europe.
The Hotel location, the service and breakfast was excellent, if I go back to Palermo I would stay here again.
