the room was amazing,in front of my bed was a big window to the sea, I could see the sunrise from bed… Andrea the host was very friendly and the location is perfect, in the middle and close to everything. with Stromboli the mountain behind, it’s a blessed place.

This is a very small hotel located at the top of the village of Stromboli. The hotel itself is very charming and the owner is a very very kind person that will make sure your stay is pleasant. From the bedrooms upstairs you have a wonderful view on the Strombolicchio. There is a beautiful small garden/terrace which we enjoy to relax and cool down. It's a shame the owner doesn't offer the possibility to have a small breakfast in the garden to enjoy more the locanda experience, although there are places close by where you can have any type of breakfast.

The locanda is very well located: just several minutes from the main square, almost in front of a famous ‘Home of Ingrid’, local supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.
It’s a house built in the second part of the 19th century and has got a certain lovely atmosphere. My room had an amazing sea view. Everything is old here: the house, furniture, bed sheets/ towels etc. It’s very loud from a street from a local transport (to have a quieter place you should go far away from the center).
The nearest beach is possible to achieve in c.10 minutes.
The cleanses quality is 3 out of 5.
In a bathroom there is no a shower cabin, thus, water is everywhere, what is unpleasant bur bearable.
Wi-Fi is very poor.
Overall I enjoyed my stay there, Stromboli is a magic place and the Locanda has got a certain charm. Andrea, the owner, is a nice host.

Perfect location in the center of Stromboli, on the main street of the island, a genuine simple hotel with the right comforts, a place where you can truly unplug, the peace and friendliness of the hotel and the people overwhelm you.
We took a sea view room, and in front of us the wonderful strombolicchio gives us a unique view.

Excellent attention from Andrea, a great host. Very good location, close to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The patio is beautiful and very cool.

Magical place, full of charm and hospitality, the room is large and welcoming. Everything clean. Amazing volcano view terraces. Excellent location because it is slightly secluded. Andrea welcomes you with grace and great availability, he has a lot of valuable information for your stay on the island.

Unfortunately, it was fully occupied during our visit, but the owner was so friendly and helpful with fin finding another place, he deserves a good review.
