This was the most beautiful property! The photos looked good, but they don’t do it justice. Exquisite. Excellent long weekend spent in the beautiful Ortigia island. We had three rooms here and were thoroughly looked after. All the rooms were beautiful decorated and had everything we needed. Front desk Mario was friendly, ready to answer any questions, offer advice. Room is clean, comfortable but compact, especially the shower stall.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was also of a high standard, and we felt very welcome.

The b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldn’t be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.
