Myself and my girlfriend stayed her for a short (a few days) trip in Ortigia, and the experience was great. The location is amazing, right on the beachfront near everything, and the staff go above and beyond. We weren't the easiest guests im sure, we had many small, but persistent requests and the staff were consistently friendly, and more than happy to meet our requests with grace and enthusiasm...

The room was great, the only thing I wanted more was a kettle. The staff was lovely and the hotel is in a good area, on the beautiful island of Ortigia!

We had a great stay in Domus hotel. The hotel is located right on the waterfront. Our room faces the ocean. When we opened the balcony door, we saw ocean in front of our eyes and our hearts sang! Our host Cynthia is so friendly. She goes out of her way to help us.

The Domus Mariae Albergo was an exceptional find! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in finding parking (an issue in Ortigia), recommending sites to see as well as authentic restaurants patronized by the locals. The room was clean, the linens crisp and bathroom well appointed. We will stay here again when next in Siracusa!

I had a lovely stay at Domus Mariae, the hotel is charming and conveniently located. Be sure to book a room facing the sea, the view was spectacular. Cinzia was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host. Overall I highly recommend a stay here.

The property is located 4 km from the center of Syracuse. This is a good hotel without too many pretensions. The room is spacious and clean. The abundant breakfast is plus you will find free parking space near the property. Really low prices. Welcoming and very kind owner. I recommend it, I'll be back!

Very central. Quiet and a lovely place to walk around. Old history with the combination youth and old. Coffe and food everywere :) sun rise on one side and sun set with bars and a large portside. If you font mind cliffs you can take a ocean dipp in the morning. :)

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful property, right in the center of Ortigia. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: a private bathroom, a shared refrigerator, and an internal courtyard perfect for breakfast. The staff accommodated our need for a quiet ground floor room (my husband sprained both ankles and had very limited mobility). Excellent breakfast and ideal location to explore the town by foot. Did a quick baggage drop off today and they were simply spectacular when we came back for a bags they offer coffee for free and we were very intentive and we had a bottle of wine that we had brought back and they offered us to use our tables to sit down and dry our wineDefinitely a class act definitely not something I’m used to when you’re directly across the train station.

We spent a night at this beautiful hotel and loved it! The hotel is located in a pedestrianized part of the island, just a 2 minute walk from where you can get dropped off by car or taxi. Beautiful rooms and excellent quality products! An easy walk to the center of Ortigia itself, as well as to the Castello Maniace (which is a must visit in itself).

The hotel is great, everything looks just like in the pictures. The staff is very friendly, but English is not their strong suit. The rooms are as shown in the photos; however, when the windows are open at night, you can hear noise because the street in front of the hotel is very busy. This is a comfortable boutique hotel in Syracusa walking distance from the train and the old town. We had a well appointed room with twin beds. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety of food. Wifi was excellent throughout. The shower had hot water. Our room was cleaned daily. We stayed four days and would gladly stay again. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Let's share the bad points first. Parking is very difficult there and since I AM DISABLED OVER 80%.As we arrived I was happy to park just close to the hotel. Booked this last minute. Had a lovely stay. Room was small but comfortable, had everything we needed. Everything was very clean. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. Hotel Posta is the perfect small hotel in a great location. If you have a car the public parking is steps away, walking around is a breeze. So many great restaurants. My room was perfect, roof top terrace, breakfast and a very friendly staff.

Nice small hotel closed to cenral bus station (5 min. working) and to main historical points.

We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entrance can be hard to find, but you have to go inside the building in order to reach the hotel, from there you can ring their doorbell or just give them a phone call. I definitely recommend this place!

This is an AMAZING AND EXCEPTIONAL property! Tucked away in a residential area with just a three minute walk to the bus stop. The hotel is beautifully furnished and modern. The rooms are spacious and inviting. This boutique hotel feels like a luxury five star hotel. I definitely want to come back to Cagliari, and when I do, rest assured I will be staying at Nemo. In general B & B Nike is beautiful and perfectly located to explore the old city of Ortigia. However parking was available only if you have patience to circle the block and wait for an opening or pay at a nearby lot. Be advised that the room is on the 3rd floor with no lift. PhotoGuest B & B is a nice clean bed and breakfast in the heart of Siracusa that is in walking distance to Oritiga. Giovanni, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on where to eat, what to see and do. Breakfast was great with a nice selection of croissants and yogurt. If you need a place to stay in the area, we would recommend staying there.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

A rabbit warren of rooms attached to a cafe (which serves as reception). It reminded me of the places I stayed in as a student 40years ago. The cafe shuts at 6.00pm and after that access to your room is through a neighbouring door with a code. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Wonderful boutique hotel in a premiere location - just a few minutes walk from the bridges of Ortigia, the Temple of Apollo, and the large outdoor market. The staff is incredible. Francesca arranged car pick-ups, gave us maps of the island and suggestions on what to visit, and walked with us to the box office so we could use her resident discount to buy tickets for a Greek play at the amphitheater...

Great central location Staff were very helpful with directions, parking, Ortigio is another limited parking, Low Emissions Zone in Italy / Sicily, so valet parking is the way to go. Recommendations of sightseeing and cafes & restaurant are spot on.
