The property is located 4 km from the center of Syracuse. This is a good hotel without too many pretensions. The room is spacious and clean. The abundant breakfast is plus you will find free parking space near the property. Really low prices. Welcoming and very kind owner. I recommend it, I'll be back!

Overall fantastic location. Warning for those with cars, the parking is very limited so I strongly recommend making arrangements before arriving. Also, the property is located in an area where cars are not allowed so be prepared to walk with your luggage to the property.

We spent a night at this beautiful hotel and loved it! The hotel is located in a pedestrianized part of the island, just a 2 minute walk from where you can get dropped off by car or taxi. Room,staff, food , all very good. . The central atrium carried noise into the room late at night, the restaurant clear up and staff voices were very loud. We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

The breakfasts were ok. The double room is very small, but the balcony is quite spacious. The bathroom door was broken, deformed, and didn't close at all. Don't be surprised by the mustachioed nighttime guests in this bathroom (cockroaches). The maids seem to be diligent in cleaning the room, but the bathroom definitely needs repairs, and one of the power outlets is loose in the wall.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The entrance can be hard to find, but you have to go inside the building in order to reach the hotel, from there you can ring their doorbell or just give them a phone call. I definitely recommend this place!

However parking was available only if you have patience to circle the block and wait for an opening or pay at a nearby lot. Be advised that the room is on the 3rd floor with no lift. Front desk Mario was friendly, ready to answer any questions, offer advice. Room is clean, comfortable but compact, especially the shower stall.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

Great central location Staff were very helpful with directions, parking, Ortigio is another limited parking, Low Emissions Zone in Italy / Sicily, so valet parking is the way to go. Recommendations of sightseeing and cafes & restaurant are spot on.
