Definitely the best choice to stay near Syracuse. stunning views to Ortigia, sandy and rocky beach in one place. The rooms are comfortable, classic design and marble in the bathroom with Hatria porcelain. The staff from the BF is very friendly, the manager behavior of the hotel is exceptional, he cares personally about the guest requests. We spent a pleasant time here.
INCREDIBLE!!! The hotel is beautifully constructed and has the most perfect location setting for a relaxing beach resort. The presence of such a structure in Sicily is a merit and a great honor. We have been coming back every year since it opened and every year we are more and more happy to be back again, there is always something new. We stayed in the villas this year, what a treat. Beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent. They are really trying to have a Michelin star. we enjoyed our stay a lot.
The hotel personnel was exceptionally polite, kind, and friendly. Our room was perfectly clean, the bed was super comfy - I wish all hotel rooms have the same quality of bed! Unfortunately we did not try the kitchen of the hotel which is a Michelin restaurant, but next time we definitely do. Walking around in the old town is easy, the charming main square as well as the see side are close proximity...

The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and the staff are excellent. They offer a private beach, but it costs $20 per person for the boat ride there and back. A wonderful hotel with excellent service, beautiful decor, and spacious, elegant rooms. We also had access to their private beach, which was a fantastic bonus—quiet, clean, and truly relaxing. Our only regret was staying just one night at the Grand Hotel Ortigia. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time! Highly recommend.

Great location to walk everywhere. The Room was great with beautiful staircase and comfortable bed. We had a beautiful room with a fresco on the ceiling. The AC worked great and the bathroom was very modern. The staff were so helpful in accommodating us as we had some early departures for a tour and for the airport and they went above and beyond to make sure our car, laundry and breakfast would be done in time. Came here with a deal for access to the spa and a 3 course dinner. The spa was very nice, with a variety of different rooms and not too busy. The meal was a good standard with excellent wait staff. The hotel looked lovely, though fairly quiet (it is April), would definitely consider staying here if we return to Syracuse.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All was perfectly clean, comfortable, and elegant. Super friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated everyone but biggest thanks go to Santino, Sebastiano and Giuseppe. You are great! My wife and I stayed here with 2 friends and ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Bedrooms are spacious with individual air conditioning - much needed at night with the fantastic weather! Each room has its own bathroom but is on the other side of the living room. This didn't affect our stay at all. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty for breakfast, and also facilities to make lunches...
Antonio is the best host ever. Our time in Siracusa was brief but enjoyable. Amnesia's flat is amazing, it has a breathtaking view of Ortigia and the sea beyond, plus it is excellently located. We cannot stress the beauty of staying in this b&b. Noi sentiamo come a casa
