A wonderful hotel with excellent service, beautiful decor, and spacious, elegant rooms. We also had access to their private beach, which was a fantastic bonus—quiet, clean, and truly relaxing. The hotel is by itself a nice scene in the countryside Sicilie. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by field. Not very far from the city by car. The facilities are either new or well maintained. The service can be offered in English and the stuffs are professional and kind. We enjoyed the Sun a lot in the afternoons outside next to the pool.

Nothing standout, everything is expected as a four star place. However I was surprised breakfast is not included. It is $15 per person which is the only hotel in my trip that doesn’t provide free breakfast.

Is this a five-star hotel? Why does it show five stars on trip.com? The room is only 15 square meters, with basic amenities and a damaged bathroom wall. There's no pool, and there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop that looks unused. You have to pay an extra 50€ to use it. The hotel only has one restaurant, so it shouldn't even be rated three stars! Paying 177€ a night for a hotel like this is sheer robbery

Really appreciate the warm services of the staff; we had a wonderful dinner with Valentina’s suggestion; Angelo made me a delicious lemon honey when he found I had a coarse voice. We really enjoyed this property. The buildings are ancient, but completely renovated and clean. Bathrooms are new, beds are comfortable with good linens. Breakfasts are excellent with many choices.

The price/performance ratio is very low. Such an ordinary hotel costs 3,000 a day. Oh, there is no way. Italy is like this. Hotels have no price/performance ratio. I will bring a tent next time I go out.

Nice Stay Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

Except for the remote location and not close to the train station, other aspects are very good. The hotel room has a lot of space, the bed is comfortable, and the bathtub is well designed with massage function, but it may not be used by many people. When using it, there will be small dirty fragments, which need to be opened several times to clean.

Stayed here for a night as part of a tour. Food was pretty good. Rooms very dated - ours was comfortable enough but some others on the tour had a worse experience by the sound of it, so we might have been the lucky ones. But aside from the impressive lobby the decor could generally do with an update.

The location is not that good but you can walk to the old part of town. Service was excellent. The rooms are vintage by now (but good for the kids to see). However they were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was OK but the salty tap water makes the coffee undrinkable for me. Coffee shop right next makes very good cappuccino.

Lovely, quiet spot about 8km outside Siracusa. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day. We were served a simple but tasty continental breakfast daily in an outside communal area. Lovely pool and direct access to the sea. Best regarded as self catering rather than " hotel". The local supermarket sells delicious home made Sicilia food which I'd highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet pedestrian zone and very close to all main attractions. The staff were truly helpful, especially Christian who took great care of us during breakfast. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a strategic position, close to the center which can be easily reached on foot, spotlessly clean rooms and always helpful and smiling staff. The terrace where breakfast takes place is beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and clean. The front staff (Paola and Emanuela) were fantastic. They arranged dinner reservations and transportation for us , plus many recommendations. I will note that the noise from the hallway and other rooms above us were pretty loud (we were on the first floor). Other guests coming in late at night or leaving early were hard to ignore...

Loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate room. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. So excited when we saw our location. Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door. You won't be disappointed staying here. Definitely would stay there again!

Would definitely use this place again . On a couple of things a blanket could be supplied in the room and the toilet could’ve done with good hygienic clean . Otherwise a great set up

The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. The roof terrace is a great bonus - do go up! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms slightly dim but overall good. A brilliant location.

The location and views of the med alone makes this hotel worth a stay. The breakfast was maybe a little lacking but the reception staff including Giuseppe couldn’t have been more welcoming.

We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

Staff was awesome! Room was very clean and a great view of the harbor. The valet parking service was super easy. Very walkable to all of Ortigia. Would stay again!

This hotel has a family atmosphere starting from breakfast on wonderful terrace with a sea port view, very tasty fresh food and personal, that care you very personal. And all together match the historical locations around. Just to recommend for visiting.

Very nice hotel at perfect location. Close to everything. Parking had a bit of misunderstanding as we were supposed to let the reception know exactly when we expected to arrive and we didn’t get that. However not an issue as we found a parking spot on the street just outside the hotel. Very helpful staff that helped us ton confirm that parking was ok. Room not very big but enough, comfortable bed...

Fantastic location right on the corner with the port of Ortigia on two sides. Fantastic breakfast, even with some home baked pastries. Breakfast terrace overlooking the port and the sea.
