A perfect small hotel near Bolzano, with all the conforts. A good breakfast and nice person hosting

Dated structure. It probably deserved a three-star rating a while ago. Overall, however, the hotel is conveniently located for those arriving by car, as it's very close to Bolzano. Parking is free, and the elderly owner is friendly. Breakfast is simple, with a good cappuccino. The room is modest but offers everything you need: an LCD TV, private bathroom, and shower. No refrigerator. There's no air conditioning, but in this period, you won't feel the need for it, as the outside temperature drops to around 13°C at night. It's perfectly fine for those staying one or two nights. I highly recommend it.

Overall, not bad. It's an older building, but I had the top-notch room in the attic, which was lovely with its many windows overlooking the valley. Nice new bathroom, slightly dated wooden furniture... breakfast didn't include pastries, but cake and bread, butter, and jam. Ham and eggs are available upon request. It's worth the reasonable price for the area. Bolzano is a 5-minute drive away... the owner is friendly.
