Location: 50 metres from the Pradalago ski lift and 200 metres from the pedestrian ski resort of Madonna di Campiglio, 99 km from the airport Bolzano.

Our vacation just ended, and for us, years later, the hotel remains a sure thing. The courtesy of the staff and owner, the cleanliness and attention to detail, the excellent cuisine. Above all, it's the maitre d'hotel Giuseppe, who with innate naturalness combines experience, professionalism, friendliness, and elegance. Kudos also to young Simone, an attentive, measured, and always approachable waiter. See you soon!

I spent one night at this lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The single room I stayed in was quite large, with a large bathroom with a window and a large balcony. The bed, with its memory foam mattress, which I love, ensured a perfect rest. The rooms are fully equipped, with a beautiful, super-quiet minibar. The wellness area in the living room isn't very large, but it's very functional, with a powerful sauna and Turkish bath, a very relaxing jacuzzi, and a beautiful pool, although the water is a bit too cold. A thirst-quenching fountain supplies Madonna di Campiglio spring water (Nambino source), which is very good, clean, and fresh. Breakfast (unfortunately not a buffet) was very varied and high-quality. It might be a little salty, but I suppose eggs and bacon can be prepared upon request. I am very pleased with my stay, I am happy to give all available five stars and congratulate the staff and property of the Hotel Bertelli.

The staff were amazing and guests can tell they really care. This is a very well-run hotel and a pleasure to stay in. We came for some early season skiing and were pleased to note that a spur off the run back to the Pradalago lift leads straight to the hotel.

We ordered a twin room - everything great except that the heaters are not self-adjustable and sometimes cold and sometimes hot; it's not clear how you can ask for sheets replacment without asking the receptionist; the curtains can't be closed more than half of the door-window (see picture).

The breakfast is good, there is an excellent smoothie making stand, I enjoyed it. I don't understand why there is no soy milk outside or mugs and hot water for tea (you need to ask for it).

The whole staff are very kind.

The public toilet in the lobby floor are very clear.

There is a spa center with pool, jacuzzi (not hot at all) and expensive massages. They have also great wet and dry saunsas.
The massage ia good.

The reception is always available.

You can leave lagguge in a specific room after check out.
There are lockers for snowboard/ski but without a lock.

This isn’t a glitzy hotel but it is very homely and comfortable. The staff are all very professional yet very friendly and accommodating. The food at breakfast and dinner offered a good choice of local specialties whilst the wine list is extensive and impressive . Good ski room and about 20 metres from the slope down to lift . Had a really great week at The Bertelli. Will return next season .

I recently stayed at Hotel Bertelli and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Irina and Antonio at the restaurant. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and prompt service elevated my dining experience. The delicious meals coupled with their warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Nice hotel, clean rooms and common parts with good ski room and access to one of the ski lifts. For skiing, be aware that you can end up away from the hotel if you ski the “wrong” way back, and the only ski-in is a black run. If I had any criticism, it was the friendliness of the staff which I found relatively cold and uninterested in ensuring we had a good stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel that showed great potential but could benefit from some restructuring. My overall experience was pleasant, although there might be some areas for improvements. On the good side: 1) the location is very near the Pradalago ski facility and just a 10 minutes walk from downtown, 2) a garage where you can conveniently park your car, 3) a very pleasant staff and a pretty amazing wine list. Areas for improvements: I spent one night in a junior suite which was quite outdated and needed a restructuring and the following nights in a family suite which was better, but still when raining, had an infiltration from the roof (luckily the infiltration was located in the toilet). Internet wi-fi sometimes was not working properly. Last but not least, I had good expectations from the hotel restaurant which were not fully met. This was my 4th time in Madonna di Campiglio and I have always stayed in 4 star hotels. I deem that in this case more efforts are required to claim the fourth star.
