The hotel was our "base camp" for 6 days of skiing in Marilleva. Great stay, spottless appartment with daily cleaning service. Food was great, access is seamless, receptions always helped us with a smile. Highly recomended and we hope to be able to stay there again for the next ski season.

We were part of a huge group of 40, and the staff were wonderfully accomodating for our needs. The location is great, breakfast was amazing every morning, the food was delicious every night, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa area was a treat. We spent time in the outdoor heated pool, and quite a few rounds of sauna. Overall, it was a great experience!

The room was spacious and nice. Food was delicios and varied. Staff was very friendly. The ski bus stop is close to the hotel and at a 5 minute drive from Daolasa, where the ski lifts depart.

We enjoyed every second of our stay at the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and please. All of them, from the Spa staff, to the restaurant, cleaning and reception. Good delicious, rooms comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel - good position for skiers (skibus station in front of hotel), fine dinning (excellent meals, gourmet quality) and very good spa. Rooms are very well heated!

My 4th stay during winter holidays, as always excellent. Proximity to skibus stop, very good accomodation, excellent food, wide range of services, pools, spa, ski rent, facilities for children.

nice place, not far from all the ski facilities, very good staff, rooms are quite ok, food was excellent. the kids area needs more attention to details but the people there are very good with the kids.

I almost hesitate to post this review because I want to return and find it just the same, but this is an exceptional family hotel in an extraordinary place. The staff, the activities and the facilities were all well beyond my expectations - truly excellent service that was consistently warm and courteous. While the programs are focused for younger kids, we found plenty to do with our teens over 6 days and there was none of the feeling of screaming chaos that often happens when many young families are guests. A relaxed family friendly atmosphere: tasteful and charming. I don’t know how they manage to keep such a staff, but many much larger and costly hotels would do well to learn whatever it is they do.
