We stayed at this hotel for two nights on December 5th and 6th. It's in a charming location. Great attention to cleanliness and the quality of the food. Breakfast was varied, with delicious local products. Both dinners were perfect, and the food was delicious. All typical Trentino fare. Friendly and helpful staff. I've been to this hotel twice and enjoyed every single time with other families with kids. The hotel was our "base camp" for 6 days of skiing in Marilleva. Great stay, spottless appartment with daily cleaning service. Food was great, access is seamless, receptions always helped us with a smile. Highly recomended and we hope to be able to stay there again for the next ski season.

We were part of a huge group of 40, and the staff were wonderfully accomodating for our needs. The location is great, breakfast was amazing every morning, the food was delicious every night, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa area was a treat. Overall a great experience. The generosity of the staff on Christmas eve was amazing, as they provided free food and drinks all night. Breakfast was wonderful too, offering a wide range of choices. Family of 4 used Bilocal Superior APP for 7 days, and it was very good. We had a breakfast included and it was great (eggs, bacon,chees,ham, coffe,tea,juices, mussle...) APP is vell equiped. Location excelent for skiing, 3 min to main Marilleva 900 ski gondola. The only minus is not existing the heater for skiing boots in the ski room. Exclenet experience

Very nice location, just 5 minutes walk from gondola. Good breakfast, rooms are just fine. Prices are more than OK, you can usually buy skipass at better price. There is also a meeting area in the hotel - some kind of social room which is very comfortable if you are travelling in larger group of people

An excellent hotel well run with helpfull staff who respond to your needs. The pool complex is a great place to visit after skiing the steam room and sauna just helps with those tired limbs. Do use the bar as the bar man is a lover of his job and has plenty of banter to make you fell welcome.

No quiet areas anywhere in the hotel, not even in your room with children running up and down the corridor unsupervised. Meal times were always a rugby scrum, come late and the buffet choice was limited. Although there were no smoking or vaping signs certain people ignored this.

For skiing, be aware that you can end up away from the hotel if you ski the “wrong” way back, and the only ski-in is a black run. Rarely am I surprised, but my expectations were exceeded by this hotel. The lobby seemed a little dated, but the service was exemplary. The entire staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable - especially the maitre d' who genuinely made us feel welcome.
