This hotel is a gem. The family Kollemann is so friendly and always taking an extra step. Rooms have a lot of space - wifi is ok -
Lots of parking space . Welnes is just great- swimming pool great. The food is just fantastic… we just love to stay here

I stayed here with my husband for a weekend and we were lucky enough to even find snow, allowing us to see the snow-covered landscape. The location is excellent, both for exploring the valley and for the tranquility and silence at night. The rooms are very warm, and the bathroom has a spacious window. The spa is superb: a comfortable relaxation area and a large indoor pool. The restaurant area is spacious and well-lit, with views of the castle and abbey. Dinner was good, as was the breakfast, with both sweet and savory options.
The receptionist was very kind and even carried our suitcase to our room upon arrival. The price was good for the quality of the services.
My least favorite thing were the stuffed animals on the walls, even in the restaurant area. I would remove them immediately. As for the rest: we'll probably come back in the summer!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and have a lot of space. WiFi is ok. The view of the room is fantastic . There is a balcony. The family is just so kind and friendly. They always take an extra step to please their guests . The food here is just excellent . It is tasteful and portions are just right. The swimming pool is great . The bar is nice and gives an extra edge to the whole hotel. We just love to stay here .

Now I have bin here for the second time and again everything is great here. The people are kind and very helpful and polite. For example they had made bread with everything on it because we are leaving at Friday but we had already paid for the breakfast on Saturday so they made that just before we were leaving. The housekeeping is very proper because it is always clean and there are no hairs or other stuf that is dirty to found. the view from the balcony and area surrounding the hotel is great and the food is lovely. The pool is always clean. Only things that could change is the keys for your hotelroom may in a different colour because it is easy to lost them because it is white. Another thing in our room is that the doors from our room didn't closed enough and the sanitary door were not easy to open and the shower door didn't fit good enough and that causes many water outside the shower so the total floor was wet.
But on all vacation was everything good and the breakfast was so great that I looked forward to the next morning!
So the conclusion is that I would go here a another time to spend my holiday here.

The friendliness and hospitality should be emphasized. The rooms are a good size and have a separate seating area. Balcony with a view of the Fürstenburg and the Marienberg monastery. Breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired. Plus a nice pool. If you need tips for excursions, you are welcome to contact the hosts. We enjoyed the holiday week very much.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the small historic center of Burgusio. The rooms and the spa overlook a beautiful panorama that frames the castle and the abbey.
The hotel is family run, the Kölleman family is very welcoming and hospitable.
The rooms are spacious, clean and have a nice little terrace.
The hotel restaurant is large, in a very bright room, with well-spaced tables
The cuisine is excellent, from breakfast to dinner !!
A gluten-free menu is always available.
Special mention to the gluten free strudel !!!

Placed in Burgeis a perfect place to relax and residence for exploring the beautifull surrounding valley.
Excellent kitchen and you are always asked if you like some more.
Space for car and bike storing.
