Lisetta in Merano

We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The room was very clean (just like everything else in the hotel).
The restaurant was amazing. We first could not believe this high quality food was included in our half board price :)
Also everyone working in the hotel was very kind and helpful. Very quick service in the restaurant as well at the bar.
Also the hotel owners were very kind and always there.
Also the stay felt very personal. I think we only had to say our room number once (first night). For the rest of the stay they just recognised us and didn’t even need the room number. The last night they even printed a personal goodby message and left it at our breakfast table. Never have we witnessed something like this before.
The Spa was also great. Espacially the sauna with an amazing panorama view.
Overall there is just nothing we can say that we didn’t like or wasn’t good.
Soon to be a 5 star rated hotel for sure (in my opinion it already is…).

We had a wonderful stay. The pool is large and really warm – even in the colder months. The service and friendliness of the hosts are exceptional, so I'm definitely giving it 5 stars. The only thing I didn't like "perfectly" was the dining room; I prefer a bit more privacy with more space between the tables, but that's really a minor point. You can easily reach some great hiking trails directly from the hotel, and the view is beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

The day spa was truly wonderful – we felt completely at home, enjoyed the beautiful garden, and relaxed. The wellness area is super cozy, and you can tell that you put a lot of effort into making your guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
The food was fantastic – absolutely delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it and wished we could have stayed longer.

We spent our first family vacation with our 6 month old daughter at the Hotel Lisetta - we had a wonderful time thanks to the lovely and warm staff! The hotel location, room facilities, pool area and also the breakfast buffet and evening menu are definitely to be recommended :-)

The Hotel Lisetta is a very nice and lovingly run hotel in a great location above Merano. It is comfortably furnished (very nice rooms, a great terrace, beautiful indoor and outdoor pool and fantastic sauna with a view of the mountains). The service in the hotel is great, as is the varied cuisine. We felt comfortable all around.
You can walk to Merano in 20 minutes and take the chairlift back to Dorf Tirol
