Cosy hotel, delicious dinner, fine wellness

Third time here and it's great.
The family rooms have a gallery with extra beds. This means that a family of up to five people, or perhaps six, can stay in one apartment. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped. Clean, renovated, with a separate toilet, bathrobes, flip-flops, a backpack, beds are great and not worn out, and a large balcony with a great view.

In the garden, there's a great swing for relaxing, a great swimming pool, a fantastic sauna area, and everything there is clean and delicious, with flavorful water, plus a wonderful hay bath.

The food is delicious and different every day, the wines are good, and the prices are reasonable. Especially great for families: next to the dining room, there's a playroom where children can play and romp between courses and when they're full. Parents can enjoy five courses without having to entertain their own bored children or endure the boredom of other children – a great idea.

We'll definitely be back again.

Hotel with high-end service, especially, in my opinion, regarding services. A few details to improve regarding the rooms but nothing too significant. Panoramic, quiet location, well accessible and with very convenient connections to the nearby Rio Pusteria (cable car in the center of Maranza reachable via a walk through the greenery if you don't want to use the car) and to the cable car that takes you to the Gitschberg. We spent a pleasant week in a very welcoming and well-organized structure to guarantee every comfort. The staff is friendly and certainly ready to satisfy requests, as well as to receive immediate feedback on their daily commitment to guaranteeing excellent service. It's just a shame to be in Italy and sometimes have communication difficulties! Even any misunderstandings become more difficult to understand if the Italian language is used less. But this is just a consideration and a personal experience! In other words, it's a little sad to feel almost like a foreigner in reverse! For the rest, it is certainly worth traveling almost 1000 km - as in our case - to enjoy splendid views, clean air and good food! I would like to thank and greet Mrs. Regina who every day dedicated some of her precious time to us, also advising us on places to visit or easier travel routes! What makes this hotel so special are the people with their unobtrusive warmth. They made it very easy for us to feel comfortable straight away.
There are also guided hikes and hiking tips, as well as great and varied food in a beautiful atmosphere. Wellness area, terraces, rooms, everything was great. Not to forget the fair drinks prices!! It was a great pleasure for us.

Very focused on organic and regional cuisine. Dinner 4 courses but not too much, totally suitable and already suspected of stars.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location on the mountain. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the house offers everything you could want for a vacation. The food selection is excellent. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
