I can't help but leave a more than positive review. This is a family-run hotel, with more than just kind people who make you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a homely atmosphere. The rich and filling breakfast is truly unforgettable. They take great care to pamper their guests, from the apples they offer at the entrance to the well-trained waiters who know how to greet them. A sense of professionalism and trust has been established between them, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

Excellent. We stayed at the Aurora Hotel for a few days in May. The experience was VERY good. A magnificent room with a stunning view in the heart of Merano. The staff always paid close attention to every detail and were ready to accommodate every request. The restaurant is run with care and taste, even serving fresh dishes at kilometer zero. In the morning, the breakfast was not only plentiful but also varied, with both savory and sweet options, freshly squeezed orange juice, healthy seeds, and always attractive fresh fruit. We have experienced hospitality at our farmhouse in Tuscany, and therefore we rate our stay 5 stars.

Location excellent. Parking inconvenient.
When we arrived, a very polite young male member of staff was extremely helpful. Reception was very cold. We also found a older waiter called Ukh very rude, because of this we decided not to eat at hotel.
Big shower head was reported as not working,,but was not fixed.

Lovely atmosphere and art installations. Very good breakfast and bar with a view. The room terasse was nice.

Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!

Would most definitely stay again
Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean

I loved it here. Friendly staff. Good food. Great location. I will definitely return. Ask for a room overlooking the river. Very important.
