Hotel provided everything required including a fridge and AC and good views. The breakfast spread was huge and the staff very attentive and helped arranged a taxi to the airport. Very nice hotel and would use again without any doubt. Good location for the town and shopping

Hotel is nicely located and has a lovely spa. Unfortunately I had an accident whilst there where I split hot water (my accident) and injured myself quite badly. I am English speak no Italian and Karen the hotel manageress really took care of me, taking me to hospital and making sure I was safe. She was super kind and really went out of her way to make sure I was ok, cannot thank her enough, for sure I would not have got care and treatment quick without her. Thank you

Great experience. Really comfortable suite with all the comforts. Professional service and quality structure in every aspect. Rich breakfast and attentive to the territory. Proximity to the center, internal spa and underground parking complete a nice business stay.

This hotel meets and exceeds the requirements for a business stay. Rooms and large and the added amenities were a bonus. My room had a kitchen and an office area. The hotel is very central and modern!

Staying for one day and was surprised when I walked into the room - living area and kitchen and room. Great and pleasant red and off white color scheme. My room is right next to the workout room and outdoor jacuzzi. Free herbal tea with real cup and sauce! Fantastic! 5 min. From stores and restaurants.

You don't just get a room, but you get a 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining table living room set. Could have easily stayed for days and weeks … All was nice new, just some 10’ walk to the city center of Merano with all the restaurants. Beautiful breakfast buffet, nice staff – for sure a hotel to go again in Merano.

Modern, big and clean rooms with good sleeping qualiy Nice bathroom Great breakfast buffet Friendly stuff "Free" WIFI Located within walking distance of the city center and the train station (both ＜ 10 min) Drawback is the air conditioning which cannot be turned of by yourself (you have to call the stuff to do that by remote control)

We wanted to do some wellness, but unfortunately there was only a whirlpool and a few loungers, as well as a sauna and a steam bath. It wasn't what we had imagined. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new, and it's obvious it's lacking some flair. Free parking is available. Wi-Fi reception is very poor in the rooms. It's a shame.
