Kinderhotel Adriana in Pieve di Ledro

Having been to 2 kinderhotels in Austria which were great . I thought this will be in the same ranking . However , we were very disappointed , the kids club ( teen club ) has not many activities and the staff were careless and I did not feel comfortable leaving our kids . We stayed in the new wing of the hotel which was good but the old building is outdated and amenities are of such bad quality . the other disappointed thing is you need to cross small road between the old and new building and the road is very busy . Overall , it was very disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel

Very disappointing facilities, food and service at Adriana family hotel. We are a family of 2+3, 3 yr old and 2x13year olds. We were give a room that was totally not appropriate for a family of 5. The bathroom and the toilet were one and the room was so small, we were barely able to move around. They never once changed our bedsheets for the total 7 nights we stayed there. The hotel is meant to be for kids but it’s absolutely not safe for kids. The staircase is steep and dangerous, one of the playground has a door to the main road which was kept open pretty much all the time. The food was super poor, so surprising for Italy!!! We paid for full board. Breakfast was absolutely the same every day, lunch and dinner was not eatable, kids menu was not kids appropriate. We ended up either not eating or having to eat outside. Service was also very poor. People barely speak English and never ones anyone asked if things were okay. The only thing that seemed to be okay was the animators which the kids seemed to enjoy.

Overall, we wouldn’t chose or recommend this place! Very disappointing.
