We had a very disappointing experience with the front desk service at this hotel.
1. Check-in time inconsistency.
There is no information about check-in hours on the hotel’s own website. On Booking.com it says until 22:00, and at the reception we were told until 23:00. We informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive before 23:00 due to a delayed flight, but when we got there, they simply refused to check us in, saying that “they were closed.” As a result, we had to spend the night at another hotel at our own expense.
2. Issue with the next day check-in.
The following morning, despite the fact that our night was already paid for, we were told that we could only check in at 3 PM. Only after several requests and insistence did they reluctantly agree to let us in earlier.
3. Overall impression.
The front desk staff demonstrated incompetence, irresponsibility, and complete disregard for guests. It really felt like we were not welcome there at all.

To be fair, the rooms are good and meet the hotel’s star level, and the housekeeping/other service staff were fine.

But the front desk service completely ruined our overall impression of the stay.

This is a charming little hotel that truly makes an effort!
While it's not a full-fledged spa (just a hot tub and sauna, which honestly aren't needed when it's 30+ degrees outside!), the team's dedication shines through.

Breakfast was decent, but it was their friendly service and hard work that really made it very good.

The free bikes are a nice touch and perfectly adequate for getting around, and it's convenient that paddleboards are available to rent.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of May. A family run hotel it was in a perfect location between Bardolino and Lazise. You can catch the ferry directly opposite the hotel. Breakfast was very nice, with warm croissants made to order and a lovely selection. The rooms are very clean and bathrooms modern. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake which was perfect for a drink in the evening. We were able to park our car free of charge. The couple running the hotel were very welcoming and the small bar downstairs is nice for a aperol spritz. We could not fault this hotel and would recommend.

Nicely decorated and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast, with fresh fruit. Choice of different pastries/cakes daily. Great location away from crowded areas. Plenty of restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again.

Superb Stay
Beautiful hotel and the owners really go put their way to make sure you enjoy the trip. Great location near the lake with great cycle route on the door step. Excellent rooms with superb breakfast, can nkt recommend this place enough. 5 stars

Nice and cozy place, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small but clean and up to date. Close to city center and the lake. The only downside is the proximity to a real busy road (noisy during the night).

A great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great, especially the cappuccino. The room had a great view. Highly recommended if you are not a light sleeper. The street is quite noisy. But we would come back.

We spent a nice weekend in this hotel at the end of May, also taking advantage of the wellness area.
The hotel is located on the road that runs along the lake, and you just have to cross it to find yourself in the meadow right by the lake. The room is spacious, bright, perhaps furnished in a slightly "baroque" way, but still comfortable and equipped with a large terrace overlooking the lake. The only negative note, the lack of the curtain in the bathroom window ... which unfortunately overlooks the building opposite. I want to hope it was just an oversight. The wellness area includes a beautiful underground whirlpool, a sauna and a Turkish bath. The dimensions are appropriate for a maximum of 3-4 people, but according to the health regulations in place, the area has been entirely reserved for us. Good breakfast, simple and well presented.
Undoubtedly the lake view is an added value ... but the negative side can be the noise that can come from the road in high season.
It still remains a nice stay!
