One of the best hotels! Super nice and friendly staff! Excellent service at the highest standards. We received compliments both upon check-in and check-out. Great breakfast. Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The view from the window is simply gorgeous, and the balconies are spacious and comfortable. Parking is three minutes away from the hotel, very convenient.

We had a exceptional stay here from the moment we arrived, and were greeted with a welcome glass of prosecco, until the moment we checked out and were given a departure gift of a bottle of wine. The hotel was well-kept, well-located, and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning! Our room was clean, our beds were comfortable, and we loved our private balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The pool and hot tub were also very nice and included the lovely lake view as well. Parking was free, which was also a nice bonus. And they had a free filtered water bottle filling station that was great to use to fill up our bottles before our hikes.

Probably a surprise, all the recommendations I saw didn't took me to this excellent located fabouless hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the best room they have, with the amazing view to lake Garda, a must place to stay at.

Wonderful ! Best place to stay in Lago di Garda. Breakfast is incredible. The view from the hotel is astonishing. We stay 8 days and we will come back ! 100% recommended !

The room itself was okay and breakfast was great, but the overall experience was completely ruined. In the morning, we woke up to find ants everywhere – on the floor, in the bathroom, crawling inside our bed, and even inside our suitcase and clothes (see photos). It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We reported this to the receptionist at checkout, but instead of addressing the situation seriously, she just shrugged and said “sorry” – no apology, no compensation, no interest whatsoever. This level of customer service is outrageous and shows a complete lack of care for guests' comfort and hygiene.

This is already our 2nd time we chose this hotel for our climbing trip in Arco and we could not be more happy. Rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day, staff always ready to help. Absolute superb breakfast with lake view. Nearby restaurant Al Fortino which I guess belongs to the hotel offers very tasty food options and drinks. I guess we’ll come back again next year:)

What a wonderful stay at your hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed everything you had to offer. The highlights were definitely the delicious breakfast and the shaded terrace in the morning. The extremely friendly staff was the "cream on the cake"! Truly top-notch! One very small point of attention are the small shower cabins. However, this did not negatively affect our overall impression.

Stayed 13-15 June 2024. Spacious room with balcony view over Riva Del Garda. Free Shuttle service to lake. Plenty of restaurants surrounding hotel. Free afternoon tea served on the balcony. Wonderful breakfast with a view in the dining room. A very relaxing and memorable stay.
