My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet when I exited the pool. It was anything but a relaxing experience. I understand families with children want to play, but even one hour in the evening of peaceful time would be so helpful.

An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Friendly and attentive service at the front desk and in the restaurant. Beautiful grounds, about 15-20 min walk to Riva Center. Main building beautifully updated. Neighboring building offers good sized rooms ( only if to the front) but very dated finishes ( stained carpet, furniture, bathroom). Spa and fitness services inadequate for hotel price - 1pm to 7pm (8pm gym) only. Restaurant is huge and echoes quite some. Outdoor seating beautiful if weather permits

Lovely hotel, staff lovely and food drinks all great.
Room wise, did lack an iron and not great to walk to other side of hotel to get some bits done. Also staying in Italy would have expected a coffee machine in room, not rubbish Nescafé sachets..
having said all this would go back! Stunning grounds and great location.

We stayed in bungalows, and the park with the sounds of birds and ducks was peaceful and magnificent. The hotel's garden was like the Amazon rainforest, with wonderful jasmine scents, small lakes, and small bridges. It was very enjoyable to walk in the park. The restaurants were well-designed, and the food was delicious. There is a parking lot available. The rooms were clean and had direct access to the lake, which you can reach in 5 minutes on foot, and you can enter the lake directly from the front. The indoor pool was quiet and beautiful. If we come again, we will definitely stay here again. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Garda.

Horrible service in the reception! The older woman, grey hair is extremely impolite and rude! When we asked for a glass of hot water (group of people staying 1 week and leaving thousands of euros, she asked to buy tea and pay 2eu! This is ashaming! This lady is extremely rude! We never come back again because of her!!! She should fired as soon as possible

Absolutely not managing the parking. It is always full and it is impossible to find a spot there. It is also imposible to park anywhere near for free (full parking). You have to pay for public parking 2eur/hour. No one from the hotel is helping with that. They should not advertise the hotel with free parking. I do not want to spent my vacation looking for parking spot or paying additonal 30eur/day. Otherwise the hotel is good, but just wanted to warn everyone about this issue.

Thank you hotel Brione for a wonderful holiday. I stayed for one week with my mum, we loved it here and would like to return. All the staff were kind and attentive, clean rooms, comfy beds and with nice balcony, beautiful breakfast buffet and dinner options, great location. Great hotel for families the children can play safely.

The hotel is old, like most in Italy, but it is comfortable. The staff’s service is very good, although at night the reception is unattended. If you check out very early in the morning, there might not be anyone at the front desk, so I recommend doing it the day before.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here for 1 night in June. The room was great with 1 double bed and two single beds within. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice bar, and the restaurant for breakfast was good. The seating area outside the front offers a good location for drinks and snacks while watching Riva del Garda go by. The pool, although small, was good for the short use we got from it.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Riva del Garda.
