The “hotel” is clean and the staff is nice. It’s really just a few rooms at the top of the building so be ready to climb many stairs (pack light). The location is very convenient as you are near everything.

We had a fantastic time at Borgo Grondaie staying in the Cipresso apartment. We travelled with a 3 year old child, and they were very accommodating. I stayed here for one night during my road trip in Tuscany. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and rainy the whole time. The B&B is on a hillside, with nice views and facilities, very tastefully decorated in a classical style. The air conditioner was not hot, but it was solved after communication. A very quaint hotel that used to house the nuns dedicated to Saint Catherine of Siena. Comfortable, cozy, warm and friendly staff and located ideally for exploring the Sanctuary of Saint Catherine of Siena and the Dominican church that holds her relics.

Great service and great location where it locates in city center, car park is provided.

The biggest regret is that there is no elevator. The building is very high and the stairs are difficult to climb. No one in the hotel helped with the luggage, so I had to carry the large suitcase up the stairs by myself, which was very tiring. The location and environment are pretty good.

Although a very cute place to stay, Siena is awful for transportation. So if you want to walk around downtown Siena maybe stay closer. Other than that, the rooms were amazing and the staff is excellent. They will order a cab for you

From Friday, May 30th, we stayed for three nights at this pleasant B&B, where we found good rooms, free on-site parking, and adequate services. The weather was excessively hot, and we would have appreciated breakfast outside on the lovely patio, which we found to be underused. A double room costs around €120; we would improve the breakfast if possible! Alternatively, the property also runs Aia Country...

Initially we were not overly impressed with the room as it was a little tired and in need of a little TLC especially the shower unit (some rooms had been updated we noticed in the photos) but overall we warmed to it very quickly. It was spacious, comfortable, air conditioned and serviced each day, as requested. There isn't a tea/coffee maker in your room but one is available in a communal living space...

I see posts about hosts being veey nice, and it is often fake. But i have to say, the guy working here (i dont even know his name as i forgot) is incredibly nice, welcoming and friendly.. He showed us all the good restaurants in town, wwnt out of his way to give us our favorite croissants, and even gave us a meal for breakfast we couldnt attend the following day!

Location of this property was awesome. We were able to walk to the old city and explore without stress. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and assisted with booking things. The only drawback was the mattress was uncomfortable and both of us woke up sore every day. If they update their mattresses, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

We stayed at the Hotel Piccolo Chianti for 2 nights with friends (we were a group of 25 people). The staff was kind, welcoming and always ready to satisfy our needs. The rooms were tidy and clean. Amazing location for a tourist to stay in the middle of Siena's center. Overall, this was an amazing stay for us. The suite was spacious, with spectacular views of the Duomo and the city. It’s perfectly located in the center, close to everything. I highly recommend it. Great clean hotel just outside of the historic town of Siena walls. Convenient bus pick up directly outside of hotel. Only issue is the bus stops running at 830 and taxis are few and far between. Simply wonderful place to stay if you’re gonna go and enjoy the city of Sienna. You can walk to everything we would’ve loved to use the pool but it was a bit cold and the views from the breakfast bar were breathtaking.

My friends and I booked a room in villa Tuscany for four days a month ago. The couple that owns the rooms are wonderful people and very hospitable. A farmhouse paradise. This hotel is fantastic, the hosts are friendly and accommodating and the grounds are simply stunning. Beautiful place but the kitchen was not very well equipped so don't count on making food there yourself. Further, the WiFi was not connected to the Internet and hence pointless. With few a simple improvements, this would have been a great place.
