The hotel is in a perfect location, with a bus stop right in front of the door coming from Siena, and it's just a 5-minute walk to reach the city. The room had an old-fashioned decor, reminiscent of the 1970s, with a small bathroom. A plus: the floor had no carpet, which helped keep things clean and fresh.
The room was clean and located on the second floor—note that there’s no lift, but the stairs are wide and easily accessible. Parking was sufficient, and breakfast was simple but correct.
For a 3-star hotel, it’s ideal for a few nights. The real highlight was the friendly and professional reception staff. Mateo, in particular, was very welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Location of this property was awesome. We were able to walk to the old city and explore without stress. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, and assisted with booking things. The only drawback was the mattress was uncomfortable and both of us woke up sore every day. If they update their mattresses, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location excellent to visit Tuscany. Good breakfast. Basic room, very tidy, price/quality very good. I recommand it to everyone who wants you visit the whole of Tuscany

Small room but with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed with different thickness of pillows, which not many hotels offer, so much appreciated. Bathroom is small but modern and well designed with a really decently sized shower. The hotel offers private parking for guests which is handy and you can also find street parking nearby. The hotel offers a good variety for breakfast, both English and continental. The hotel accepts dogs and provides a bed and food and drink bowls for an extra small fee. Good location, not too far from station and centre. Staff pleasant and friendly, the receptionists are professional and make you feel welcome - will definitely stay at this hotel again.

decent hotel in a good location, large rooms especially in the annex, which is 10 steps from the main entrance. a very large bathroom. there is everything you need. perhaps the TV a little too small. excellent breakfast, courteous and helpful staff. it also has a car park from which you can reach the hotel via a rear staircase.

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Just outside the city center (2km or 40 minutes' walk) the hotel is a cozy historical palace beautifully restorated. There's new management and the welcome was very warm and beyond the usual service (thanks again, Sofia). Breakfast didn't look that big, but a few bites in and you quickly realize that it's very tasty and varied. We have this place bookmarked for our next visit to Siena. The parking if fairly big and there's a restaurant just below the hotel and a great pizzeria a couple of minutes' walk.

It is an exceptional hotel from every point of view! Close to the historic center and close to roads and highways to go in every direction.. The hotel is very clean and very quiet. At the reception two prepared, kind and thoughtful girls (special thanks to Sofia!) Rooms complete with everything and in addition to the change of towels I point out the excellent cleaning performance! Congratulations!! The breakfast is rich and offers a truly complete assortment of sweet and savory juices, coffee, brioche, cold cuts... in a dedicated room. When we are in the area it will DEFINITELY be our FIRST CHOICE as a hotel!! A BIG THANK YOU!!!
