It was a fantastic hotel, with a great view of the nature; The staff were friendly; The room was good; The air conditioner worked very well; The breakfast was good quality; The bed was clean, etc. Additionally, the hotel was close to the bus station, and I enjoyed my stay there. I wish that sleepers were there on the floor.

You get it all when you choose this hotel, nice and comfy rooms, clean with the perfect configuration for beds (a queen and two twins), excellent service, great breakfast with lots of choice, free parking, good value. Most appreciated the advice we received as for parking options in the city and the help with our bags. Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — with a stunning view that made every morning special. The location is perfect, close to main attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing rest. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every day. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the amenities provided. Special thanks to the reception team who went above and beyond to help with recommendations and bookings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a team of multilingual, highly trained staff who ensure a smooth check-in process. My room was a beauty . Breakfast is a real treat, offering a wide and varied selection that caters to all tastes. The location is fantastic—not only perfect for exploring Siena but also ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, the hotel offers great views from the balcony, making it a perfect retreat. It seems they’ve recently undergone a major renovation and its still going on in parts of the hotel, and it definitely shows. A place worth returning to!

I think the biggest problem for me is that it seemed in need of updating. The walls shook when we closed the room door. The windows seem single paned. Beds were serviceable but not very comfortable. Brekfast was good if presented a little late. Good area, quiet, nice local restaurant within walking distance, and gets packed with locals. (Good food). And our waiter spoke english very wel,.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was well-prepared, with plenty of options. However, the room showed signs of wear, with peeling paint, cracks in the walls, and unstable furniture. The shower and bathroom door were problematic, and noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive. The AC was a bit dusty, and the overall lighting could have been better. Despite these issues, the service was excellent, and the breakfast made up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, I’d give it a 3/5.
