Excellent choice for us due to the comfortable and safe parking (motorcycles). But in the end we appreciated the professional treatment, the cleaning, the delicious breakfast, the big rooms and many other advantages. It's not in the centre of Sienna (can't walk) but its easy by bus or your own vehicles.

From Friday, May 30th, we stayed for three nights at this pleasant B&B, where we found good rooms, free on-site parking, and adequate services. The weather was excessively hot, and we would have appreciated breakfast outside on the lovely patio, which we found to be underused. A double room costs around €120; we would improve the breakfast if possible! Alternatively, the property also runs Aia Country Holidays, located nearby. This property has a swimming pool and boasts several houses lovingly renovated by the owners in keeping with the rustic Tuscan style. Visit as soon as possible.

Excellent.
Stefano and his sister (sorry, I didn't get her name, shame to me) were really charming and helpfull. And heavy followers of the Contrade del Drago (unfortunately, they were not very lucky in the July 25 Palio)
The room is perfect, good AC, and breakfast is also very nice.
Highly recommended if you don't want to be inside the old town but want to be close enough (20 min walk or bus or 15€ taxi).
It also has free private parking slot.

Initially we were not overly impressed with the room as it was a little tired and in need of a little TLC especially the shower unit (some rooms had been updated we noticed in the photos) but overall we warmed to it very quickly. It was spacious, comfortable, air conditioned and serviced each day, as requested. There isn't a tea/coffee maker in your room but one is available in a communal living space on the first floor along with a fridge and a lovely courtyard with seating. We had a room with a balcony which was lovely. Our host was a real gentleman, friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Breakfast was a real treat, more sweet than savoury but very generous and delicious. Location is great, parking was always available and is a 10 minute drive to the centre of Siena. We walked one day which took about 40 mins. There is a bus stop just outside and buses are regular although we did not use them. Overall a great choice.

We stayed for one night. Excellent solution, very convenient, close to my grandson's house. Very quiet and beautiful room. Abundant breakfast in a very welcoming atmosphere. The building is very beautiful. Reserved internal parking. Kind and courteous owners. Thank you, Monica and Maurizio.

It's a mediocre hotel. The room was hot. The double bed is a single, trundle bed that you sink into. The bathroom is small. The duplex layout is completely impractical. I wouldn't recommend it for a family with children. And the €40 a night I've read about in other reviews is a total rip-off.

What a perfect B&B hotel, the absolute surprise of our entire vacation. First of all, thank you very much to the extremely friendly host who welcomed us and was always very attentive and helpful. We felt very welcome, truly wonderful!

The room was also great, clean, and spacious and quiet. However, we had a two-story suite, so I cannot comment on the regular rooms. I found the stay to be very affordable for this lovely B&B.
Everything also seemed newly renovated and modern.

At breakfast, our preferences were catered to, and everything was selected accordingly. There were also enough spacious parking spaces in the courtyard.

The location is a bit outside the city center, but there were plenty of parking options around the center. However, there is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, just 50m away.

I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and say thank you again for the pleasant stay!

I see posts about hosts being veey nice, and it is often fake. But i have to say, the guy working here (i dont even know his name as i forgot) is incredibly nice, welcoming and friendly.. He showed us all the good restaurants in town, wwnt out of his way to give us our favorite croissants, and even gave us a meal for breakfast we couldnt attend the following day!
