Authentic looking hotel with pleasant workers.. however our wifi was almost unusable as it turned off every 2seconds for 5-10 seconds and then work again for 2. We were in room 100

Wonderful location to stay in Siena, short walk to all the sights and only 15 minutes walk to the train station (using the 6 or 7 escalators to the Portasiena shopping mall).
The room was warm (feb), clean, and a decent size, with lots of renaissance art and a painted ceiling it felt like you were in a museum! Like the pictures in the listing.
The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful, he even bought us a kettle when we requested one.
Overall a great stay and we would definitely recommend it

Good location near train station. Just abit walk to the square but its ok. Very smooth self check in and receipt is already very well prepare give information and greeting in few days advance. Friendly reception.

Room is abit old history style with history drawing, so at night maybe will scare abit haha. But still spacious and have everything you need.

The host was very nice.
I contacted them through Trip.com and they responded immediately.
The accommodation was a perfect castle stay.
I was amazed by the interior and garden, which felt like a trip back to the Middle Ages.
The room was warm and clean.
It was a special day. I'm so sorry it's gone.

We stayed at this property for one night in a triple room. It has a private entrance and a private garden, where you can smoke. Piazza del Campo is a 10-minute walk away, and free parking is 10 minutes away. The owner was very kind and helpful and gave us excellent advice. The room was clean, with a beautiful fresco on the ceiling and several paintings on the walls. The ensuite bathroom was clean and new. Excellent B&B.

Honestly, such an absolutely PERFECT location in Siena. The manager and staff were truly so wonderful and I look forward to coming back asap!!

The location is quite good. About 15 minutes from Siena FS station and within the walled area.
The room was a bit small for three people.
But it was enough for a one-night stay. We went in August, and luckily there was a small fan, because it was horribly hot in the room.
The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation.
The gentleman at reception was a 10.

The location is not far from the station, the room is incredibly spacious, and the hot water works great. The price is also very reasonable, so there's no reason not to stay here.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the bell tower, and it's quiet and easily accessible.
If I ever return to Siena, I'll definitely stay here again.

Just make sure to check your email when checking in!
It's self-check-in, so if you don't check your email, it'll be hard to find your room.
