Hotel Tre Ceri in Gubbio

Booked with smartbox package 2 nights, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners.
Excellent location, cleanliness and courtesy of the dining room staff.
Very small room and tiny bathroom.
At breakfast they serve you a plate with only desserts (an empty croissant, a piece of tart and a piece of dry cake), without asking you for sweet or savoury preferences. Express cafeteria. Dinner is good and there is a choice of 2 dishes for each course.
The most sore point came because our child was not well and we left the hotel early, therefore NOT taking advantage of one night, one dinner and one breakfast.
Aware of not receiving any refund, I didn't ask for anything, but I found it really unhappy having to pay 5 euros (which was then 9 discounted) for the extras taken at dinner the night before ... Among other things, without ever receiving any receipt , neither for the tourist tax (paid for 2 nights, even if we only had one) nor for the 5 euros of extras. Pity

Your answer qualifies you and not my brain. I clearly wrote that I did NOT want any refund. The tax drawer does NOT exist for individuals.
