Thank you to Sara and Salvatore for a wonderful stay. Clean comfortable and practical. Minimal fuss checking in and nicely appointed walk in shower. This was an AC Marriott and now run by B&B. They've done a good job.

The customer service provided by Rafael was what really made our stay here exceptional. I must admit when we drove up to the hotel in an industrial area, we certainly had our doubts. However, as soon as we entered the modern, updated lobby and were greeted by Rafael, we were glad we had booked. Rafael told us exactly how to get into town, where to park, what sites to visit, the best restaurants - he was our unpaid tour guide for Arezzo. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were perfect for our one night stay while visiting the region. Parking was safe and easy. We sat in the little outdoor terrace and had a nightcap before bed. A car is a must given the hotel's location.

Hotel is very new and room comes with a bug tub! It was really nice bathtub and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is small but location was very outskirt. We need to drive very far in to reached the hotel after exiting the expressway.

Unfortunately the evaluation cannot be real because it is mandatory to put the smileys, but I paid but did not benefit from it because the hotel kept 100% of the cancellation penalty even though I demonstrated the reason for the cancellation with a sheet issued by the facility for an operation Refused for various health problems. I did not ask for the full refund but at least I could take a penalty of 60% so they also made the customer happy unfortunately nothing to do.

It took me 1 hour to check in, the room was pleasant but the flaw was that the double bed was small and the ventilation system was on even though the display was set to Off, so it was suffocatingly hot.
