The room was clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. The shower products provided were of low quality. (Take your own) Wide choice of good food at breakfast but the same every day. Evening meal had to be ordered the night before and what you received sometimes wasn't what you ordered - aubergine replaced by courgette, Garda perch replaced by breaded plaice. Well cooked meals and the pasta starters were very good. The lounge area was comfortable but really a wide corridor to the dining room and lift. Graded as a 4 star but compared with other 4 star hotels in Italy it was nowhere near the grade.

Really nice rooms with en suite not cramped. Friendly helpful staff,great food. Definitely recommend.

Spent a week here and loved it. The rooms are comfortable and have necessary facilities. I appreciated the fridge too.
The staff especially made our visit so special as they were so friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay
Central location. Rooms are comfortable and spacious for Europe standards. Breakfast Buffett is really good. Can not take bikes to the room

Nice hotel & conveniently placed
Hotel staff were friendly, location is great (near the bus station and the water front -5 min walk).
We had breakfast included which had a nice variety of foods.
Air con, nice size bathroom and bedroom, we faced the front of the hotel.

This is a really convenient hotel, close to the bus station (5min if that), water front (5 min) & main town (4 min). Staff were really friendly and willing to help. Rooms were a good size & size bathrooms. We had a balcony facing the road and was really quiet. Breakfast, really good variety for all tastes. It does have a sister pool you can use, but with the lake being so close we didn’t use. I’m very surprised there’s not more reviews on this hotel as it’s so good ( it can be hard to track down on Tripadvisor for some reason).

The hotel's location is great in the center of Garda with walking distance to both beaches and the port where there are nice restaurants.
The hotel itself is a bit worn, but nothing bothersome. The breakfast was very basic with quite boring bread (looked like factory-made frozen buns).
Staff was friendly and helpful. The free parking is at another hotel about 5 minutes' walk from Hotel Centrale.

Quiet hotel, 10 minute walk from Lake Garda, comfy rooms and beds but no tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms. Very welcoming and helpful staff but limited access to bar and refreshment facilities during the day. Went as part of a large group so individual visitors may have different services. Access to outside space for refreshments. Close to bus and train stations. Recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband mid June and loved it. Location is perfect and hotel spotlessly clean, yes breakfasts are limited but don't let this put you off,the location and friendliness of the proprietors more than make up for this. We will definitely return.

Can't do half stars but 3.5. food was pleasant enough, staff do what is needed nothing more (nothing less) but overall not wow. Location is good, but where isnt in Garda?

Delicious Gluten free Pizzas! Really tasty An extensive Menu clearly stating what could be Gluten free or vegan. A very friendly host, great location on the waterfront and a pleasant atmosphere. We would strongly recommend it for those with gluten allergies and look forward to eating there again soon.

Very good location on the beach promenade. A hotel that has its own restaurant. Breakfast was included in our price. The rooms were cleaned every day. Ac was set a bit stingy from the owner. The location is top class. In the middle of all the restaurants. It took about 15 minutes to the beach. The four of us are very satisfied with the accommodation. Very affordable accommodation. If you come by car, you can drive in and unload, but there is a large parking lot across the road. It cost €12 för 24 timmar.

Super cute location. Option to sit inside, outside with a view over the lake or in a small Italian alley. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. The Italian desert for two and macaroni arrabiata are good suggestions.

Could of sat outside of here the whole holiday long. The food was beautiful and all the staff were really friendly. My partner and myself are vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We went twice on our holiday and the second time we watched the sunset. It was absolutely stunning. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back on our next visit to Garda!
