Hotel Germania in Lido di Jesolo

Clean stay, upgraded to apartment due to large school group in hotel which was appreciated.
Breakfast is passable. Wifi did not work once in the 3 nights we stayed there (although it connected, it was flaky or too weak to stay connected).

A nice hotel, quite and comfortable enough for one or two nights. Pretty close to the beach, but I personally don't know if they have a private beach like all the others, so you might have a problem with finding a place om the beach or you should look for a public one, or just ask at the hotel if they have. The breakfast is quite simple, I would call it really poor. Just some patisserie, butter, poor quality marmelada, one type of cheese and salami, and some type of sweet cakes. The fruits may save the situation for some. Ahm, the dinner was good,even if the east Europeans may consider it not enough,two Italian style meals fills you enough in the evening and the cook does it pretty well. For me, it also cooked vegetarian food,which I appreciated. The staff was also very welcoming. Very nice people at the reception and also the dinning room! The rooms have good beds, not that much space but enough if you are just two persons in a room (watch out for the rooms with three beds, I had tourists that told me that it can get quite busy with three adults in one room). For me, and another couple the air conditioning for making the room warm didn't work, so in the spring and maybe autumn time it can be quite cold. Anyway, with all these I felt well in the Hotel and I thank to the staff which was nice and sometimes this matters a lot especially to compensate the lack of other small necessities.

Only stayed a night in a two bed apartment and which was an upgrade from an hotel room, the place was clean, the shower could have done with being bigger and we when ran out of hot water after two showers so for the size of the apartment it was not adequate. Otherwise not bad for the money or an overnight stay but got stung on breakfast as it said Included on booking and when we had it found out it was not...

Nice, clean hotel with friendly stuff except the terrible treatment to us by the waiter from India at breakfast! Dude, be calm be kind to the people you do not know - we are all humans
