**What went well:**
- Excellent communication (+1 ⭐)
- Very clean and well-maintained rooms (+1 ⭐)
- Friendly staff(young person) who handed over a map and explained how public transport works etc
**What could be improved:**
- No complimentary water bottles provided on day 1 (not essential, but would be a nice touch, especially for late check-ins) (-0.5 ⭐)
- Vending machine is available, but only accepts coins (no card or cash option) (-0.25 ⭐)
- Kettle was provided, but the two glasses were taken after the first day of cleaning and not replaced
- No visible waste bin in the room, which made it unclear where to dispose of trash (-0.25 ⭐)
- Air conditioning didn’t seem to work consistently; it only felt effective early in the morning (-0.5 ⭐)
- No locker in the room (not mandatory, but would make sightseeing easier without carrying valuables) (-0.25 ⭐)
- Iron wasn't available on request. I'm not saying that every room should have one but one for entire hotel, which canbe given to lazy people like me.(-0.25 ⭐)
-No tissues/face tissues provided in the room (not mandatory)
Also, Elevator works differently than expected(traditional elevators), which can be confusing at first. Also read about dog in other comments, dog didn't bother me as I didn't bother dog.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with friendly staff and clean facilities, but with some small improvements, it could be an even better experience.
Don't expect luxury when you book it. Also please respond this review saying "next time book Hilton or Marriott", I have seen hotels with these and those does not cost much for a hotel.
Hotel is clean and really nice.
Easy for Travellers.
Quite place to stay if you just want to walk an island of Venice. Nice breakfast and room size was bigger than assumed.
We overlooked a road that had walls surrounding an equestrian yard. Tiny shower but hot water.

Breakfast is very wel organised and includes freshly baked croissants.
We are very happy to be back after our visit in 2016, we can definitely see the constant improvements that makes it interesting to see and exciting to experience.
This is a great hotel for the price. Not on the main islands of Venice; but, it’s just a short boat ride to the other islands. The hotel is walking distance from a beautiful sand beach.
