Very good location. But hotel exit doors were locked in evening. Very unsafe in case of fire. We got up Sunday morning at 8am and could not leave hotel. There is a passcode to enter in the evening but not to exit. Clerk showed up around 8:30am and opened doors.

Great place to spend romantic time in Venezia :) Coffee and breakfast eaten in the hotel gives you energy to sightseeing and comfortably beds allows you rest after all day. Service is very nice and communicative. I recommend Hotel Falier!

It's a small budget hotel but clean and friendly. The decor is classic; from padded walls to ornamental head boards.

Horrible experience. The rooms are small. The beds are small and only box springs and no mattresses. The prices are high about 200 Euro. Gives 20% discount for cash payments. The shower is horrible with a thin curtain which leaks water into the room no matter how careful you are. The staff is helpful and courteous. Fortunately, we moved out after one day and could check into a wonderful hotel at San Marco at a much lower price.

Pro: good location, rooms look posh, good amenities, good staff Con: very small rooms ( I suppose that's everywhere in Venice), even smaller toilet. Average breakfast.

Nice room (15) but other rooms (11,12) are bigger. Checked in very late - almost 1am, without any issues. Neither did we have to pay extra for late check in, which is the case for many hotels in Venice. Breakfast was simple with very soft bread, croissant, yogurt, fruits, juice and an option for different kinds if tea or coffee. Very clean hotel, friendly and hospitable staff. good wifi. However, the shower floods the small bathroom when you take a shower. Recommend this hotel for anyone in Venice for a couple of days.

Really enjoyed accommodation, yes dated but really suits historic feel. Staff where very accommodating and breakfast was great. Excellent value for price and location. If arriving by bus not too far to carry luggage. 45 min walk to San Marco square.

A nice and comfortable stay.
Great location. Just in the centre of venice. Near public transit. Sightseeing, restaurants, cafes, bars are nearby.
Rooms are quite small, which is the thing with most of the hotels at Venice. The staff people are quite professional and friendly. They were helpful enough to provide us with the necessary information about the city.
Overall, a nice stay. 8/10.
