There was a DIRTY adult diaper under the bed upon our arrival.

When we tried to inform the hotel staff of the dirty diaper, the person at the front desk said she couldn’t help us.

When we contacted the hotel through the booking website, they denied the presence of a diaper and said “children are not allowed.”

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom. It was also small. The room itself was not big enough to accommodate opening 2 carry on suitcases at the same time.

I would not recommend this place.

Every element of our stay was great. Check in was easy, accessing the hotel out of normal hours was easy and the room was exactly what we needed for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend!

The location either by cab or train is excellent. The hotel is clean & tidy & the out of hours arrangements are excellent.
A very nice place to stay in a central location.

Love the location , although if you hadn’t been before, the graffiti on some walls in the area could be off putting. The room itself was small but we were never in the room , other than to sleep. Bathroom clean and again small but adequate with good shower power. No fridge or kettle in the room but not a huge problem. Very quiet at nights so peaceful sleep, bed was comfortable too. Reception wasn’t manned a lot of the time but not a problem as just used a code for the side entrance, Bars, restaurants etc on doorstep and of course the smaller canals too

The staff were excellent helping us check in. We were early and they stored our luggage safe and secure until check-in time. Staff are friendly and responsive to assist. Not in the thick of the tourist area are which is fantastic. Rooms are very small and efficient. Perfect for a night or two. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the train station and Piazza Roma (where the airport bus drops you off). The lady at reception is very friendly. It's well located, clean, and very cool.

First of all, I would like to thank Yulia for her warm welcome. The advantage of the hotel is its location. The disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the room.

Nice renovated hotel and rooms with AC, location is close to bus terminal and train station, several boat piers are nearby. They serve the breakfast if you like, priced 12 euro per person but there is nice bar nearby too. They do room cleaning everyday. The bathroom a bit small, especially shower cabin and ventilation is not enough to dry the towels or even the air
