Nice part of town to live in, though driving in and out of the old town can be tricky due to the number of pedestrians and narrow roads. The staff member are very helpful and the surrounding of the hotel is pretty.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the grounds are well kept and beautiful, there is even a terrace on the roof with views of the park and lake. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are basic but very clean and just all you need. All the members of staff are generally very friendly and helpful and you can tell this is a nice hotel to work at and the owner Giulia is always at reception to help with any questions you may have. If you can get lake view room on the first floor then you will have amazing views. There is plenty to eat at breakfast. It is only about 5 minutes walk to most of the restaurants. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We came for a week to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Everyone at Mon Repos is very friendly and happy to help all. The overall feel of the hotel is chilled in beautiful gardens and you have amazing views of the lake. Rooms are a bit basic but enough, however bed was hard. We stayed on a B&B bases and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. We also had a couple of evening meals again staff were very accommodating and a good choice of food. There is also a small pleasent sitting area in reception, where you can enjoy a beverage or two and by the pool you can order drinks and light snacks. Distance to the centre is 5 minutes on foot if that. This is also where you find the ferry port to access other places on the lake. We would come back to this hotel.

The hotel is slightly elevated and when in the restaurant and grounds you have a great view of the lake. We found the room to be basic but clean. Sadly all we had was a view of the car park which was a bit disappointing! We had a few ants in our room (ground floor) but I know this is normal in hot weather. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was enjoyable with several options to choose from. 10 min walk into Sirmione and 15 mins to the port where you can get the ferry. Nice and peaceful surroundings. The hotel also allowed dogs which we were delighted about since we love them!

This was the most wonderful hotel. Friendly and so welcoming. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Everything was spotless. The pool was extra special. I can highly recommend.

Mon Repos is one of the nicest places that I have stayed, on holiday. The hotel is small, family run, personable, with very friendly staff. Julia and her team couldn't have been more helpful. Loved the quiet, secluded setting, amongst the trees, with lake view. Grounds are spacious with a lovely pool area. Only 5 mins walk into the centre of busy Sirmione, so perfect location. The evening menu in the restaurant had plenty of choice and food was of a good standard. Our room was cleaned daily and towls changed. Level of cleanliness excellent. Don't forget to check out the two rooftop balconies, for sunbathing or just taking in the spectacular views. Book a lake view room if you can. It's the extra cost. I would definitely come back here again and recommend to friends!

We just left after 3 nights stay. Hotel was in an excellent position on the island, out of the way of the tourist town. The rooms were the size you needed, with a great shower in the bathroom, and a smart tv. The pool was great and was never a fight to get a sunbed. The service was fantastic from the pool bar to the breakfast and evening service. Free wifi and reasonable prices for food and drink. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in sirmione.

Stayed at mon repos for a week early July. Found the hotel to be excellent. In a really good position just outside the busy town. Our room no 123 was a little on the small side but had everything you need. Our balcony had a great view of the lake. Only thing is no tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Pool area was clean and never had a problem getting a sunbed. The guy working at the pool bar was very helpful and hard working. Food by the pool was excellent.

Great family run hotel with a lovely pool. Pool towels included so no need to take them. The hotel is located just outside the main part of Sirmione. Slight incline fron the main road to the hotel and a long private driveway. The rooms are a bit on the small size but if you can get a lake view room with a balcony, that makes up for the room size. Breakfast is included and plenty of choice. The breakfast room looks out towards Lake Garda with amazing views. Hot food is bacon and scrambled egg, then lots of continental choices. The only downside is no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Would deffinately recommend to other people. Tourist tax was approx £1.80 per person per night.
