The hotel was clean but not luxurious. The price included breakfast (croissants or sandwiches) and coffee or cappuccino. The owner did not speak English well, but was positive. It is located a 20 minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the city center and tourist area where all the shops and restaurants located.
If you use hotel only for sleeping like us this is the best budget options.

Perfect place to base yourself when you are planning to visit lake Garda,it’s near to the port ,train station and bus stops.Great service.

We stayed here for 2 nights (end of June 2024). Luigi the owner was so warm and welcoming, we stopped here on our way back to the UK after a 6 week trip of the Adriatic coast and this was the friendliest welcome we received. The accommodation is a traditional style Italian hotel, that was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water, the beds were comfortable and the aircon kept the room cool. Although breakfast was not included we were given free cappuccino and crossiant each morning at the cafe next door...what a great touch! The location is great just 10 minute walk to the centre of Peschiera. The hotel had parking spaces for guests.

Everything was great and the owner very helpful and friendly. He also offered us coffee and croissant for breakfast. Excellent location

Very good service as the owner is friendly. He speaks Italian, German and English. The hotel is in good location, bus stop is right across the street and beach is walking distance.

First of all we are talking about a 1 star hotel from the 60's or so there, it is not a luxury hotel or one of great pretensions but it is clean enough with kind staff especially the owner always available to help. Above all it is located 5 minutes from the center of Peschiera so out of the chaos and in a strategic point to reach other beautiful places.
The breakfast is offered by the hotel at the bar which is next door which, if desired, also serves lunches.
Ps. The hairdryer is not in the room but try to ask it will be given to you .... 😉😊
Ps1 room 9 has an unshared bathroom in the corridor, a bit uncomfortable but okay .... 🤷♀️

This place is peacefull and best one if you are packpacking or want to be near the station and centre. I think the man who is working at info/entrance service is the owner of this hotel and thats why he is not around here all the time and asks in email when you are arriving. I would recommend this place if you are not wanting any luxure. There is shover/wc room and air condition and freecer!! Thats all you need around here. Breakfast you get to choose croissant and coffee on the bar/cafe next door.
