Absolute crap, to start off id rather eat conya than eat the breakfast again , the room had an army of dead bugs and they decided it'd be a class idea to have no fridge, no kettle , no iron or smart tv the air-conditioning was like someone's warm breath , they were charging 4 euro for a lemon soda I nearly flipped the lid but one of the boys dropped the method also the bed felt like the back of a van id genuinely rather spend 4 days in ardnacasa then ever stay here again

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations overall. The room itself was quite disappointing — the air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. There was also no kettle provided, which felt like a basic amenity that should be standard. The breakfast was another low point. The selection was poor, and the quality left a lot to be desired. It definitely wasn’t something I looked forward to each morning. That said, not everything was negative. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a noticeable difference. Their attitude and willingness to assist were easily the highlight of the experience. Additionally, the shower was excellent — great water pressure and temperature, which was one of the few things done right. Overall, while the staff and shower were positives, the lack of comfort, weak air conditioning, missing amenities, and disappointing breakfast make it hard to recommend this hotel.

Pretty handy location and only short drive to the town. Good for motorway access. Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast food options.
Do wish had an ironing room or iron in the room. But overall it was great.

Rooms as expected, service was good, location a long way out of town so a 45 min walk or a taxi are the options if you have no car

Pleasant helpful and kind staff. Unfortunately a little outside of town so half hour walk in and out as a nearby pizzeria closed.So would need good mobility.Taxi/Ubers available.Lidl nearby with all you could need for extra snacks water etc.Hotel very clean with lovely terrace/ pool and bar pool side snacks toasted sandwiches ice cream etc.

three stars that have nothing to envy to the 4 stars, excellent breakfast, convenient location outside the center but very close (not on foot) and large and convenient parking. Staff always very helpful and very kind. I will return and recommend it

Quiet and strategic location both to visit Peschiera and to take a tour in the surrounding areas, splendid view from the balcony of the room, abundant and varied breakfast. The staff very kind. Quiet location.

Not too big hotel with outdoor pool. We stayed there for 10 nights in aug room 202. The rooms are spacious and practically furnished, fine for us. The staff is very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it. The swimming pool was the solution, wonderfully cooling with 37 degrees of heat, the perceived temperature between 40-45 degrees. Everything was to our liking. But we do have a suggestion. The Italian breakfast is mostly sweet, you have to like this but it looks well cared for. There are 3 bowls with scrambled eggs, replace 2 with scrambled eggs with bacon in it and 1 with only fried bacon. Replace canned fruit with a bowl of freshly cut fruit. Also replace the plastic cups in the shower with good sturdy glass. Plastic is a no go 😉
