The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly; they were very helpful when we checked in at the front desk close to midnight. The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station, perfect for catching an early train in the morning.

Convenient transportation and friendly service.

The facilities are complete, the transportation is convenient, and the service is good. It's 100 meters from the train station. There's a bus stop near the train station where you can buy tickets on the platform, which is very convenient, but we didn't quite understand how to use the tickets.

The location is incredibly convenient, right by the train station. There's even a shortcut directly to the platforms, but it's quite a hidden gem that most people wouldn't discover.

The hotel is right next to the station and directly connected to the platform. The facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is the worst in Italy. There are not many foods. They let us put our luggage outside the counter.

Situated just next to the train station, very convenient if you want to make a train trip. Walking to city center takes 20 minutes

Perfect place to stay in Verona This was the perfect hotel to stay at while visiting Verona. A warm pleasant staff eager to help in any way. A wonderful breakfast that even included gourmet scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The rooms were delightful with perfect windows that open onto a quiet street in the heart of the historic district.

We were only there one night but it was fantastic! Great food and the square right around the corner. We had taxi service to and from even though it was mostly a pedestrian area. It was only about 13 euro from the train station. The river and bridge were only a 5 minute walk and the castle on the hill was just across the bridge where one could walk or ride the tram. This hotel is located just around the corner from Piazza Erbe, the main and most typical square in Verona. Just keep in mind, if you come by bus from the train station, that you will need to walk 6 blocks because it is within a pedestrian area. But taxis can get to the corner if you want one. Very happy to have returned after our first stay in 2023. Other returning guests also there. Francoise and her staff are delightful and take great pride in looking after guests. An easy 10-15 minute walk to the castle and central Verona. Lovely little garden to have breakfast in ( weather permitting).

Absolutely loved our 3 nights here, Francoise was an amazing hostess, so warm friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and guests have a lovely sitting room upstairs which offered a kitchenette for our personal use. A wonderful bed & breakfast near heart of Verona The property is a beautifully renovated house, very close to the historic centre of Verona; an easy 14 to 15 minutes walk to the famous Arena, 20 to 25 minutes walk to the Duomo, with good neighbourhood restaurants only a few minutes away. The live-in host was charming and attentive. Breakfasts were excellent.

It is a really charming, special place run by the very helpful owner,Francoise. Breakfast in the garden, beautifully appointed rooms, and lovely restaurants on hand. Best area to stay if you seek some peace away from the old town and a more authentic experience.

The room was clean but small. The shower was ridiculous. I flooded the bathroom every time I showered. They need to upgrade the shower doors. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The location was amazing. Great walk ability. Minimal amenities. The breakfast is an added charge and expensive for what it is so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Room 59 had the spare bed which made the room slightly smaller than room 56 which didn't have the spare bed but had more space and a couch. The bathroom was slightly dated in room 59 while room 56 was very modern. If you are travelling as a young family room 56 would be a better option. The staff adjusted the menu to allow for a additional things for our family including apple juice, chicken nuggets...

Pretty nice hotel on a main road. The bus stop and wander to the hotel isn't really suitcase friendly, but the manager carried our bags to our room which helped. If you miss the bus stop...it's quite hard if you're unfamiliar with the area where to get off next. The room itself was big. There was a couch that was a bit springless but ok. This is my fourth time staying at this property. The owners are incredibly sweet and extremely helpful. The location is just three minutes from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything is close by, including public transport stops right in front of the property. Everything was top-notch.

Excellent location. Stayed for one night for an event at the Arena, which is exactly 5 minutes away. The very friendly owner gave us great tips on local attractions and activities. At his suggestion, we took the funicular up and enjoyed a splendid view of Verona. The room was very simple but equipped with the essentials. Breakfast was included, with excellent pastries.

The owner is a kind local person, his recommendation of restaurants has a high credit. I have a reason to visit Verona to go to all the restaurants he recommended. The room is clean, cozy and spacious, breakfast was great.

A perfect stay near the centre of Verona! Everything was exceptional! Located near the centre of Verona, we self checked in very easily. The room was very spacious and offered everything we needed for our short stay. It even had a hairdryer. The owner was very kind to help us with some local recommendations which I advise you to follow!

Nothing much to say, quiet hotel, location would be the only problem considering it’s next to the highway but otherwise everything was really nice. They have beers and wine at the reception and if I remember correctly something to make your own cocktail.
