Where to stay with car in Verona

About a 20 minute walk from the historic centre. Felt very safe walking there and back at night. 10 minute walk from train station. On arrival, hotel looks very opulent and reception was grand

The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated

The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport

Reception staff were lovely and very professional. On closer inspection areas of the hotel looked tired and neglected. The fake grass outside was curling up, rubber seals around windows were hanging off

The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights

I've had a super relaxing few days in the hotel, a brief visit just before Christmas. The rooms are big and the beds even bigger and wonderfully comfortable. The complimentary items are plentiful and a nice treat

Fantastic hotel, gave four stars for location although you can get a bus to the centre from outside and the hotel does a shuttle bus. Rooms excellent no complaints only compliments.b

The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable

The hotel was overall good. Clean, good services including free transportation to the center of Verona and back to the hotel. The location was also good, at least for us.

We didn't get to try the heated pool as it was locked. Free on site outdoor parking and short drive to the city center

Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town, very quiet and convenient for driving. The hotel offers free parking, a rich breakfast, and an indoor swimming pool on the top floor

We arrived at the hotel last night. There was a front desk clerk named Khalil who was really nice. The check-in went smoothly and quickly. He arranged a nice room for us and also took care of the parking garage.

Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached

5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

Just keep in mind that the last bus is around 8:30 PM, so plan your return accordingly. Tickets can be conveniently purchased at the hotel. We booked the superior rooms, which were modern, stylish, and well-equipped

Although it’s not in the city center, the location is still quite convenient thanks to the bus stop located directly across from the hotel. Buses run every 20 minutes and are generally punctual

Property and staff excellent. Only my bathroom had a small leak from shower. Water was coming to the floor. I forgot to mention to the staff.

This is an older style hotel beautifully furnished well located in the city centre. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a highlight. Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center

We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, reception and bar are kind and ready to help

We only ate breakfast there as we were out all day exploring having lunch and dinner in town, but the breakfast was really nice! Good variety of things(fresh juices, all kinds of little pastries etc) and they would make anything you ask for as well

The elevators are small which we didn't find an annoyance but a funny thing- that's just how the houses are built there so they try to fit everything into them, all part of the experience :-) I guess the only thing that people who are not too well on foot would not like is the parking situation- the car parks are kinda in the outskirts of town and a little to walk (no problem for us thought - and don...

Clean. It is a domestic economy hotel environment, but the cost is equivalent to a domestic five-star hotel. Of course, this is understandable and normal. The location is good and convenient.

Verona was our last stop of 2 weeks road trip through Italy - it was the perfect ending to a perfect holiday! We loved it in this hotel! They upgraded our room due to an accidental overbooking, they didn't make us any inconvenience with it they just gave us a better room without blinking an eye - thank you so much again! It was fabulous, very large room with high standard furnishing and bathroom amenities

It’s not in the city centre but in the exhibition centre area. No worries getting to the Arena is easy and fast by car. Rooms are ok could do with a refurbishing but the showers are brand new

The staff was amazing. Breakfast ok. Internet worked well. The hotel is 4 stars but for me it is a 3 stars hotel. It needs a major update. Pictures are related to the gym at the hotel, breakfast and breakfast menù.

Supermarket nearby. Bus station in front of the hotel. Big bed. Furniture a bit old. Nice staff and you can ask for extra amenities at the reception without cost. 40 min walk to city center

It’s a really good hotel, especially if you’re coming there with your own car, but located quite far away from city centre (about 2-2,5km). There’s a boat that’s going each 12 min to the city, so quite easy to get there

Travelled around northern Italy so stayed here at the beginning and end of my stay. Lovely hotel, clean and very comfy bed. Staff excellent and helpful and check in and out was very quick. Highly recommended

I warned her with signs from the car a few times. She still did not open the door. She angrily told me that I had to make a reservation to park the car and that there was a fee of 10€ per night

Absolutely love this hotel (especially the hotel cat). Good selection of breakfast available, next to the hotel is a Russian mini market so you can get some snacks

First of all, I liked this hotel in general. I will write a few problems in a moment. The most important advantage of the hotel is that it has both open and private indoor parking. The hotel is not in the city center

This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card

The room was very clean, the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were very accommodating and explained the city map very well to us regarding the sights. Breakfast was very good.

The room was very big, clean, but the isolation was not the best (we could hear the cars on the street). The location is good, there is a bus station in front of the hotel. Also they have underground free parking

Hotel Palace Verona is a fantastic hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to the city

There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people going to the toilet. It is almost impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It is very cold and there are no blankets. Poor breakfast.

A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

Good sized room and well appointed -- super helpful staff -- while away from the city center, the hourly van service to city center was a real bonus.

If you are driving, I highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the road, next to a gas station. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large. It costs 10 euros a night, which is acceptable

It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly

The hotel room is suitable for a family of four. There is a small park nearby where you can take a walk. There is also a Sri Lankan restaurant with good food.

The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares

What made the stay even more special was the exceptional professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making guests feel genuinely at home

My wife was on a business trip and needed a quiet place to work on her computer. The hotel had numerous rooms fully set up for quiet work, and for small and large gatherings as well

We loved our stay! The shower pressure was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the room cozy and the hotel staff friendly and attentive. Can’t beat the location just steps from the arena either. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Just simply amazing how attentive they are to their customer’s needs from the breakfast staff that by the second day were automatically delivering a cappuccino and tea to my wife and I without even having to ask to the front desk people who were truly lovely, helpful and caring

The air conditioning system in my room didn't seem to be working well however it was the peak of summer time and it wouldn't be fair to compare European a/c systems in historic areas to what we use in the USA

Located outside main city so have to use public transport, plenty during day but sparce of an evening so need to plan your return journey well or walk from a bus stop (doesn't apply if have a car or getaway taxi) Breakfast was good choice and had soy milk available

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of Verona and convenient to the main roads (motorways, highways etc. ) The rooms are very spacious, with an excellent bathroom, coffee machine, large TV and air conditioning
