We didn't get to try the heated pool as it was locked. Free on site outdoor parking and short drive to the city center

The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable

Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town, very quiet and convenient for driving. The hotel offers free parking, a rich breakfast, and an indoor swimming pool on the top floor

Too bad the swimming pool and gym were closed when we were there. Beautiful and spacious room for the price. The bathroom however was not cleaned well

The breakfast is good, 5 km to the old town. The room is of suitable size, clean and international brand, trustworthy!

5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

We arrived at the hotel last night. There was a front desk clerk named Khalil who was really nice. The check-in went smoothly and quickly. He arranged a nice room for us and also took care of the parking garage.

It can be reached by bus from central station or city center, but with heavy luggage really uncomfortable because the bus station is in 300 meters and the surface of the streets is old and partly damaged

The facilities are very new, the rooms are big enough, the swimming pool and restaurant are by the lake, and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is small and simple, the lobby is comfortable and the service is good, the service attitude of the front desk and coffee bar is very good, the breakfast is rich and the products are great

Arrived quickly after getting off the highway, clean and modernly decorated. Not far from the city

Only few mins to the center walking and they also have a parking for 10 euros the night which is good because finding parking is hard. We loved our stay there and we would go back if we visitVerona

We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, reception and bar are kind and ready to help

And the next day, our plane was very late but we were able to stay by the pool again, have some drinks etc. Breakfast is standard, it does the job

However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional

This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is so nice, the staff is amazing and helpful. It’s very quiet, it has windows, you can hear the birds singing, it’s very quiet

Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out! But perhaps the best part of our stay was James – an exceptional professional with a fantastic sense of humor! He added tremendous value to our short visit, making us feel at home while keeping us entertained with his great energy

The hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in

Super friendly people in the front desk, in general was fantastic almost perfect, I recommend the hotel in Verona any time. Just minimum issue in break fast (that’s my points almost perfect)

Prominent location with bus stop near by. Within short walking distance to the Arena and old city district of Verona. Room is clean. We enjoy the breakfast with wide selection of Italian food.

Lovely hotel with a bed for the evening situated on the outskirts of Verona with good bus links into the city centre and train station. Good continental breakfast to set you up for the day, what else would you need.

If you are staying in Verona, san pietro hotel is one of the best places to stay, reception is very helpful and nice ppl, rooms are super clean and comfortable, there’s a free minibus that takes you to the center every hour within couple of minutes

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep

Everything is great! Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance). Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast

I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy

A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

Comfort & Ease Great hotel, great rooms, great staff, lovely AC, parking and a perfect longer stay-over on our way to Venice. Right by a public pool, local Italian restaurants in a more recidential area

It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly

If you are driving, I highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the road, next to a gas station. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large. It costs 10 euros a night, which is acceptable

The hotel room is suitable for a family of four. There is a small park nearby where you can take a walk. There is also a Sri Lankan restaurant with good food.

The front desk staff speaks good English and can understand it. It is only a ten-minute drive from the hotel to Verona city

The food options in the restaurant wasn’t too good but otherwise, everything else was excellent

The room was a bit old but it was a self-contained suite. The hygiene was good, and I slept very well. It was nice to have a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery available.

Just simply amazing how attentive they are to their customer’s needs from the breakfast staff that by the second day were automatically delivering a cappuccino and tea to my wife and I without even having to ask to the front desk people who were truly lovely, helpful and caring

This hotel was great; central location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - loved the gentleman singing while he made us perfect coffee at breakfast. Rooms was spacious, clean and the shower was good.

The air conditioning system in my room didn't seem to be working well however it was the peak of summer time and it wouldn't be fair to compare European a/c systems in historic areas to what we use in the USA

Very unique hotel This is an interesting hotel. I hadn't read the reviews on it so I didn't really understand the setup. First off, Verona is dreamy! Fantastic window shopping, tons of restaurants

Free bicycle rentals are available, offering a great way to experience Verona for a short period. The rooms are new and very clean. It's only a 15-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.

Close to Central Train Station which was what we required but a bit of a walk to the town centre (2km +). The building may look older on the outside but the inside is newer and comfortable.

We stayed at Novo Rossi Verona and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and not far from the city center

The breakfast was by far amazing. My husband admired the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms had all your essential items and was replenished regularly. And again, the central location to all sites was tops

We stayed in a suite — elegant, comfortable, full of charm and plenty of room. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, drawing us a map of everything making us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish

Shower was great, room was stylish and beautiful. The pillows, towels, bedding and everything were top notch. The bed was very firm (a bit too hard for me)

The location was perfect , a nice short walk into the main centre and very close to some nice restaurants and bars. The area can be quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening, however this didn’t bother us

I absolutely love the receptionist, Rosalyn (sp?). She was great! The room was beautiful and clean, close to just about everything. Quieter area and there were so many restaurants within a block or two

The room was very big, clean, but the isolation was not the best (we could hear the cars on the street). The location is good, there is a bus station in front of the hotel. Also they have underground free parking

There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people going to the toilet. It is almost impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It is very cold and there are no blankets. Poor breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels in Italia when in comes to money vs what they offer. As you can see in pictures the room is standard, nothing special, but very clean, also the bathroom is kinda smal, but also clean

Also, not many local eating places, but a good supermarket is very close by. The hotel itself is a good choice for the price. It's clean, beds comfy, housekeeping daily, and a good breakfast is offered

The bus stop to the main centre of Verona runs on the hour and 40 mins into the hour. The bus stop to the train station/to the hotel from the station is 500 m away. All do-able, just need to be aware

Good Hotel We enjoyed our stay. The lady behind the desk was very helpful with bus information. Without a car it is a little difficult to get around as it is on the outskirts of town

The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares

My wife was on a business trip and needed a quiet place to work on her computer. The hotel had numerous rooms fully set up for quiet work, and for small and large gatherings as well

The location and check in experience were really smooth. I really recommend if you prefer to stay in in the heart of verona with in walking distance to reach every where.

The best four-star hotel in Verona, right between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Bra in the city center, only a hundred meters away from the former residence of Giulia

Not even the smallest luxury was overlooked, from towel warmer, to sauna and steam shower, blackout drapes and sheer curtains that automatically open. Two fully stocked mini fridges with a great selection

Whilst the building is very old (13th century), the initial response is 'what have I booked', however both of us are very glad that we did book this hotel, both for its, staff, cleanliness and location - a rare find Noise level: low, not in noisy part of town, however very close to funicular and castle Service: Excellent

Shown to our room it was absolutely beautiful Clearly a lot work had gone into the design. The whole relais was well thought out the location was absolutely superb the funicular was right next to the hotel

Arrived after travelling by train from Florence. Sandro was there to greet us check in seamless we went on the balcony prior to being shown to our room what struck me was the amazing view

Verona is a beautiful and interesting old city but was made especially affective by staying here. Located overlooking the river and bridge into the old city it’s a great location
