Where to stay in Verona

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport...

Rooms were great and the staff too. Close to the Verona train station. But a 20min walk to the main proper. And weirdly, my room was very dusty. So I was sneezing non stop. Not sound proof too. Could hear entire conversation of the room next to me.

I've had a super relaxing few days in the hotel, a brief visit just before Christmas. The rooms are big and the beds even bigger and wonderfully comfortable. Good hotel for the price, but staff refused to offer early check-in (even if it was only 1 hour early) and said it costs 50€. Also, there are no plugs near the beds!

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.

Not very satisfied. There were people running in the gym early in the morning. It was very noisy. The only solution I could ask the staff to solve it was to say sorry.

The hotel was overall good. Clean, good services including free transportation to the center of Verona and back to the hotel. The location was also good, at least for us.

Nice , comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Very kind staff. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor

The hotel's hygiene was mediocre.

The hotel says it is a good location to start the city discover, but it is too far. Price is ok, this was the main reason the hotel was chosen. It can be reached by bus from central station or city center, but with heavy luggage really uncomfortable because the bus station is in 300 meters and the surface of the streets is old and partly damaged. Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

We arrived at the hotel last night. There was a front desk clerk named Khalil who was really nice. The check-in went smoothly and quickly. He arranged a nice room for us and also took care of the parking garage.

Our stay was okay. Parking was free. Cleaners were amazing, the room was sparkling clean. Breakfast was so so, not many options, mainly bread and croissants. Location was good, close to downtown Verona.

We recently stayed at this hotel located on the outskirts of Verona, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, with most sites just a short drive or even a walk away if you have a car. The balcony is a major plus, spacious and great for relaxing. However, the rooms are quite small, and the shower feels like it was designed for children, very cramped and hard to access. Service at breakfast was excellent, room service as well but at the reception they really don’t seem to know how to greet guests as I did not feel welcome. The hotel is close to the highway intersection, it is very convenient to stay overnight, there are restaurants and bars.

The room was not as upto our expectations. There was no vanity in the room, the bed was very stiff and the bathroom was very small, especially the shower space. The lift itself was very slow and there was chlorine like smell in the hallways

The hotel is so nice, the staff is amazing and helpful. It’s very quiet, it has windows, you can hear the birds singing, it’s very quiet. Only few mins to the center walking and they also have a parking for 10 euros the night which is good because finding parking is hard. We loved our stay there and we would go back if we visitVerona

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. Clean and spacious room situated about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Verona. Bus service available. Staff were friendly and helpful, reception is open 24 hours which is great for late arrivals. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Verona

It’s not in the city centre but in the exhibition centre area. No worries getting to the Arena is easy and fast by car. Rooms are ok could do with a refurbishing but the showers are brand new. Good choice breakfast. Beware of the coach loads of pensioners hoarding the buffet at 7AM 😎

It’s a really good hotel, especially if you’re coming there with your own car, but located quite far away from city centre (about 2-2,5km). There’s a boat that’s going each 12 min to the city, so quite easy to get there

Absolutely love this hotel (especially the hotel cat). Good selection of breakfast available, next to the hotel is a Russian mini market so you can get some snacks. Very close to the bus station and easy transit to the train station.

About 30mins walk to tourists attraction in city center. Lidl is 5 mins walk for grocery shopping. Lobby is a bit dated but the room is renovated.

Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. Excellent hotel not far from the historic center of Verona. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and quite spacious. There's a Lidl supermarket just 300 meters away. The breakfasts were fantastic and delicious. At the front desk, they offered us a map and marked all the main attractions in Verona. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent Hotel for business travelers.

There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people going to the toilet. It is almost impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. It is very cold and there are no blankets. Poor breakfast.

Fabulous, exquisite hotel in a 17th century restored building. The entire staff from reception to the restaurant to housekeeping was the most pleasant and lovely I’ve ever encountered. It’s right in the heart of the main piazza, but it was quiet and secure, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

Great option to stay if you are going to travel by train.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was phenomenal! We have a large family so we like to find places that include breakfast and this one was amazing! Room seemed clean and we had a nice and cool nights sleep. A little out of the way from the city center (maybe 30-35 min walk?) but, it was only a 15 min walk from the train station. Our family doesn’t mind the walking so it was good for us!

Perfect hotel room for business trip and Vinitaly I stayed in Verona for Vinitaly so the location of Hotel San Pietro is very convenient. It takes 15 minutes to talk to downtown. Service, breakfast, travel suggestion are excellent. Hotel and room itself is basic and clean. Do not expect a luxury resort but it is more like a home in Verona. It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly. The food options in the restaurant wasn’t too good but otherwise, everything else was excellent.

If you are driving, I highly recommend this hotel. It is right on the road, next to a gas station. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is large. It costs 10 euros a night, which is acceptable. The environment is also good. The front desk staff speaks good English and can understand it. It is only a ten-minute drive from the hotel to Verona city.

The room was a bit old but it was a self-contained suite. The hygiene was good, and I slept very well. It was nice to have a microwave, induction hob, and cutlery available.

The reception staff members were not particularly friendly. If the luggage storage is unguarded, it should be communicated to guests upon booking.

My wife was on a business trip and needed a quiet place to work on her computer. The hotel had numerous rooms fully set up for quiet work, and for small and large gatherings as well. All in the fantastic heart of beautiful Verona, steps away from all the major tourist spots. We are already looking forward to our return here next year!

A perfect hotel. The best four-star hotel in Verona, right between Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Bra in the city center, only a hundred meters away from the former residence of Giulia. The side of the hotel is the most famous pedestrian street in Verona, Via Mazzini (a street of famous brands), where there are famous ice cream shops in the old town, and there are many popular restaurants in both squares...

At this hotel, you are only 5 minutes walk from everything you need to see. The reception is welcoming, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was what you need. Easier to get to from the railway station and then you are right in the heart of the city. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great; central location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - loved the gentleman singing while he made us perfect coffee at breakfast. Rooms was spacious, clean and the shower was good.

Staff were so friendly and I had a really good time chatting with them. Since I went with my friend who was under 18 they were so respectful in asking her parents permissions and recommended us all the best places to go. I had no problems with the rooms too it was nice and with the price it was nice. I enjoyed the free breakfast too :)

Lovely rooms, charming breakfast nook, very helpful staff, inviting lobby, small boutique hotel with class and elegance. The hotel is set on a canal, centrally located to train station and lots of excellent restaurants and shopping near by. Be prepared to walk, water taxis and water bus makes getting around Venice extremely easy.
