The owner is a kind local person, his recommendation of restaurants has a high credit. I have a reason to visit Verona to go to all the restaurants he recommended.
The room is clean, cozy and spacious, breakfast was great.

This is my fourth time staying at this property. The owners are incredibly sweet and extremely helpful. The location is just three minutes from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything is close by, including public transport stops right in front of the property. Everything was top-notch.

The room was really dirty, dust everywhere, and I'm not even talking about the little corners. There was even dust in the towel warmer; it was impossible to put them down because they would get dirty. The smell was horrible; we opened the window to air it out, but it was full of cobwebs and insects. The mattress and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable; we had back pain and a stiff neck, and the bed was really noisy; every single movement made a racket. The host didn't provide us with shampoo or shower gel, much less drinking water. There was no supermarket nearby to buy them, except for a tobacconist with ridiculous prices.

Excellent location. Stayed for one night for an event at the Arena, which is exactly 5 minutes away. The very friendly owner gave us great tips on local attractions and activities. At his suggestion, we took the funicular up and enjoyed a splendid view of Verona. The room was very simple but equipped with the essentials. Breakfast was included, with excellent pastries.

For personal reasons, I went to Verona and stayed at ALLOGGIO LE CASETTE, which is centrally located. I booked online and was assigned the "YELLOW" room, but when I saw it, I realized why this room isn't visible on the website. Unlike the other three, the walls in the room are shaken due to humidity. There's no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan positioned above the bed. The bed isn't a double, but a queen-size, so two people aren't comfortable. There's no safe. The bathroom door literally wouldn't close, and you have to go down a step to access it, making it not accessible to disabled guests.

Convenient location, in the center, a few minutes walk from the main attractions (we spent a weekend in Verona and never needed to use public transport). Large, welcoming and spotless room. Equally large and clean private bathroom. The owner was super helpful, kind and always available, even early in the morning. All perfect!

Practical accommodation, perfect for a tourist who only needs a support for sleep and breakfast. The landlord has an agreement with a pastry shop 2 minutes away, very good and large spaces Minimalist furniture but there is everything you need. Hot location and there is no humidity.
