Positive note: the proximity to the center, the location is certainly perfect for visiting Verona. Negative notes: you can hear everything from one room to another; if you find a neighbor who snores loudly you don't sleep (as happened to me all night!). The bidet is missing. Notes for improvement: breakfast is taken outside, at the Casamatta bar —> breakfast is good, but in my opinion it should be made explicit (you have a voucher for a coffee/cappuccino, croissant, orange juice. The heat! Super hot room, in addition the neighbor who was snoring had a really super high temperature.

We booked this accommodation because we were coming for the opera, so we only needed one night as we were based in Lake Garda. We received a WhatsApp message from the owner giving us instructions on how to access the property. The issue that we had was that if we had WiFi, we could message but were unable to make calls. We had to call a number and the door would open on the first ring but as we were unable to do this we hung around and someone exited the building and we entered it - it was a bit of a faff but once in it was easy. The place is well kept and very clean - the bathroom facilities are shared but no separate toilet, so it could be an issue if someone was bathing or showering. A fridge would be great to keep water cool as it was a scorching 40 degrees when we were there. The location is spot on a four minute walk from the Arena, so convenient for everything. Breakfast is taken a few doors up tea/coffee an orange juice and pastry not lots but hit the spot. You pay 5 Euros tourist tax when you leave, so try and save a 5 Euro note as there's no change. All in all, a great base for the arena and short stays.

Shocking service. We arrived late due to a flight delay and were unable to access the building to get to our room. Be very careful booking here if you arrive after hours as there is no way to get in, even though they advertise as 'self check in'. We had to find alternative accommodation so I cannot comment on the room. The owner has made little effort to accept any responsibility, but this experience has completely ruined our weekend. Avoid.

The location is great, located very close to the center and within walking distance. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. We had the terrace facing the street and the bathroom shared with another girl, but there was no problem as it was very clean. The only flaw of the breakfast was that the choice was only between sweet pieces and not even a salty piece. Excellent quality-price and advice to those who want to go to Verona.

B&B is not what is advertised. Very tired amd old, no buffet breakfast, just a few packaged items and open bread. It has a lift, but had to climb stairs to get to it(disabled). Owners are pleasant, upside is A/C and location. Way over priced for what you get

The breakfast was super good for its value especially the freshly pressed orange juice. Rooms were also nice
