Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport...

Rooms were great and the staff too. Close to the Verona train station. But a 20min walk to the main proper. And weirdly, my room was very dusty. So I was sneezing non stop. Not sound proof too. Could hear entire conversation of the room next to me.

I've had a super relaxing few days in the hotel, a brief visit just before Christmas. The rooms are big and the beds even bigger and wonderfully comfortable. Good hotel for the price, but staff refused to offer early check-in (even if it was only 1 hour early) and said it costs 50€. Also, there are no plugs near the beds!

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.

Not very satisfied. There were people running in the gym early in the morning. It was very noisy. The only solution I could ask the staff to solve it was to say sorry.

The hotel was overall good. Clean, good services including free transportation to the center of Verona and back to the hotel. The location was also good, at least for us.

Checked out before 12am, don't know why, around 10:30am, the hotel cleaner opened the door 3 times without knocking🙄 The flowers downstairs of the hotel are beautiful, you can see the flowers while having breakfast💐

Everything is fine. Adigeo is nearby. Breakfasts leave much to be desired.

Nice , comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, teas, and so on. Very kind staff. Good location for the fiera zone but it's also near to the centre (4/5 km far). Nice gym zone and swimming pool on the 9th floor

The room was not as upto our expectations. There was no vanity in the room, the bed was very stiff and the bathroom was very small, especially the shower space. The lift itself was very slow and there was chlorine like smell in the hallways

The hotel is so nice, the staff is amazing and helpful. It’s very quiet, it has windows, you can hear the birds singing, it’s very quiet. Only few mins to the center walking and they also have a parking for 10 euros the night which is good because finding parking is hard. We loved our stay there and we would go back if we visitVerona

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. Well located hotel in Verona. Built to a very high standard with lots of marble. Enjoyed our stay. Dinner on the roof terrace was a highlight.

Absolutely love this hotel (especially the hotel cat). Good selection of breakfast available, next to the hotel is a Russian mini market so you can get some snacks. Very close to the bus station and easy transit to the train station.

About 30mins walk to tourists attraction in city center. Lidl is 5 mins walk for grocery shopping. Lobby is a bit dated but the room is renovated.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is in the heart of the city. Close to bus stup 5 minutes walk. Terrace is very good. Spa is 20 Euro per person. Jacuzzi whic is oytside in the terrace is free but need reservation.

This hotel was great; central location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - loved the gentleman singing while he made us perfect coffee at breakfast. Rooms was spacious, clean and the shower was good.

We loved our stay! The shower pressure was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the room cozy and the hotel staff friendly and attentive. Can’t beat the location just steps from the arena either. I wholeheartedly recommend!

The hotel experience was very good…except that their understanding of a WARM ROOM, is 68 Fahrenheit degrees! At the most! So the night cost me a soar throat. But Michael also named Mateo, as the bellboy/all uses future Robotic Engineer made the day!

Great location with many good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. There is underground parking directly across the street. Many attractions within walking distance as well.

Not All Amenities OnSite Location was great, nice hotel, nice breakfast my only issue was that when I booked it stated the hotel had a hot tub which I purposely booked for that reason to help with my therapy however it was not in that hotel but 100 meters away at another hotel & there was a cost of 35 euros each visit. The hotel is pretty good! The waiters are very enthusiastic! I stayed for three days. One day, the hotel waiter forgot to clean the room. The hotel offered to waive the breakfast fee for the next day. As a result, when I checked out, I found that the breakfast fee for three days was waived!

It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, quiet, with few restaurants around, a small grocery store downstairs, not far from the city center, a 10-minute walk away, and most restaurants are within the city walls. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

They have at least 3 different buildings, register for least expensive room and you get a closet. The ac wasn’t efficient, at check in no one showed me how to operate anything inside, TV had no signal at all, lighting very poor as was furnishings in my room. This was our second time at the Relais Empire. The location is ideal, the rooms are pleasant and comfortable, the breakfast is great and the staff…impeccable. We’ll be back.

Good condition. The problem was that the check in , check out and breakfast was in another building, and we had to figure it out by ourselves.

Good breakfast, room was nice, however very noisy area and all of the noise from the street could be heard overnight, making it difficult to sleep. The staff were pleasant enough.

The accomodation was extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was central to Arena Di Verona. The only very minor criticism is the bed edge was difficult to get in and out of bed with and there were a couple of shin kicks (haha). Our experience was great. The room was cute and restaurant phenomenal. Recommend you meet the chef like we did who made us amazing fish platter with everything from fish, shrimp, clams, scallops, Aubergine ! Their oysters were yum too and the Amorine risotto. I just spent a week in this hotel. It was an excellent experience. The place is spotless. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The mood lighting is a nice touch. It was super cool during a hot weather spell. We ate in the hotel as well and the food was excellent.
