The facilities are very new, the rooms are big enough, the swimming pool and restaurant are by the lake, and the breakfast is very good.

Close to Central Train Station which was what we required but a bit of a walk to the town centre (2km +). The building may look older on the outside but the inside is newer and comfortable.

Room needed a few practical items... Drawers for clothes, not just hangers; somewhere in bathroom to hang wet towels that you intend to re-use. 1 night out of the 4 we stayed, a noisy piece of equipment just outside our room kept us awake on and off all night!

This place should not be called a hotel, but rather a bed and breakfast. There is no restaurant or even a bar where you can get a cup of tea in the evening. I would also appreciate a better variety of toiletries in the bathroom — one small tube of shampoo/shower gel and a small bar of soap per person is definitely insufficient.

Although this hotel is surrounded by a bar and restaurants, it is quiet at night so you still get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and there is also plenty of choice at breakfast. I will definitely book to stay there again on a return visit to Verona as a tourist in the future.

Needed a last minute hotel in Verano for 2 days. Hotel Europa is clean and in a great location inside city walls. Really good value, no frills and mediocre breakfast but overall very happy with the property and staff.

There were disposable slippers. The room key was not a card type but an old-fashioned physical key. The key had a heavy ornament attached to it, but the front desk would keep it for you when you left.

The hotel is pretty good! The waiters are very enthusiastic! I stayed for three days. One day, the hotel waiter forgot to clean the room. The hotel offered to waive the breakfast fee for the next day. As a result, when I checked out, I found that the breakfast fee for three days was waived!

It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, quiet, with few restaurants around, a small grocery store downstairs, not far from the city center, a 10-minute walk away, and most restaurants are within the city walls. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

Highly recommend! Great location on the Piazza Erbe, really kind staff, and beautiful terrace for breakfasts or apperativos. There is flight of semi-spiral stairs to get up to the reception desk (where there is an elevator to access the rest of the floors), so if carrying luggage up and down a flight of stairs, which might limit accessibility for some.

Lovely and helpful staff. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had all the essential conveniences (wifi, TV, fridge, AC). The hotel is located a few miles outside the city centre, but there are bus stops both ways right outside the hotel. Fantastic value for the money!
