The facilities are very new, the rooms are big enough, the swimming pool and restaurant are by the lake, and the breakfast is very good.

A little far from the city, everything is good.

This hotel was great; central location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - loved the gentleman singing while he made us perfect coffee at breakfast. Rooms was spacious, clean and the shower was good.

Staff were so friendly and I had a really good time chatting with them. Since I went with my friend who was under 18 they were so respectful in asking her parents permissions and recommended us all the best places to go. Lovely rooms, charming breakfast nook, very helpful staff, inviting lobby, small boutique hotel with class and elegance. The hotel is set on a canal, centrally located to train station and lots of excellent restaurants and shopping near by. Be prepared to walk, water taxis and water bus makes getting around Venice extremely easy.

The area was perfect to be able to get everywhere, the staff were really kind and helpful plus the venue was very clean.

Close to Central Train Station which was what we required but a bit of a walk to the town centre (2km +). The building may look older on the outside but the inside is newer and comfortable.

Room needed a few practical items... Drawers for clothes, not just hangers; somewhere in bathroom to hang wet towels that you intend to re-use. 1 night out of the 4 we stayed, a noisy piece of equipment just outside our room kept us awake on and off all night!

This place should not be called a hotel, but rather a bed and breakfast. There is no restaurant or even a bar where you can get a cup of tea in the evening. I would also appreciate a better variety of toiletries in the bathroom — one small tube of shampoo/shower gel and a small bar of soap per person is definitely insufficient.

Although this hotel is surrounded by a bar and restaurants, it is quiet at night so you still get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and there is also plenty of choice at breakfast. I will definitely book to stay there again on a return visit to Verona as a tourist in the future.

Needed a last minute hotel in Verano for 2 days. Hotel Europa is clean and in a great location inside city walls. Really good value, no frills and mediocre breakfast but overall very happy with the property and staff.

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is situated in the best part of Verona, lots of Restaurants and shops. But very best things about this Hotel are, its cleanliness , and very attentive staff. Breakfast is varied and plentiful . You could not wish for a better place to stay. We shall definitely return.

Highly recommend! Great location on the Piazza Erbe, really kind staff, and beautiful terrace for breakfasts or apperativos. There is flight of semi-spiral stairs to get up to the reception desk (where there is an elevator to access the rest of the floors), so if carrying luggage up and down a flight of stairs, which might limit accessibility for some.

Staff assistance by everyone, including desk clerks and young man provided excellent help. Close to things we wanted to see. Given information about taxis and services and where to find things. Room rather small.

This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be.

Had a lovely stay. Easy to access from Verona train station either by bus or taxi. Walk can do to. The room was tidy and had what you need. The gym in the basement is cozy and has what you need to get a good workout. Staff was really friendly and even with the language barrrier everything was good!

The hotel experience was very good…except that their understanding of a WARM ROOM, is 68 Fahrenheit degrees! At the most! So the night cost me a soar throat. But Michael also named Mateo, as the bellboy/all uses future Robotic Engineer made the day!

It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, quiet, with few restaurants around, a small grocery store downstairs, not far from the city center, a 10-minute walk away, and most restaurants are within the city walls. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

Perfect place to stay in Verona This was the perfect hotel to stay at while visiting Verona. A warm pleasant staff eager to help in any way. This is my fourth time staying at this property. The owners are incredibly sweet and extremely helpful. The location is just three minutes from Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. Everything is close by, including public transport stops right in front of the property. Everything was top-notch.

A perfect stay near the centre of Verona! Everything was exceptional! Located near the centre of Verona, we self checked in very easily. The room was very spacious and offered everything we needed for our short stay. It even had a hairdryer.
