Very good place excellent service, great food, dinner and breakfast The owner service is so nice generous safety, but still are so comfy and private A bit little barrier to this place is about the transportation that you have to drive by yourself But whatever Best
The room was clean, there was parking for 3 cars, and there was a refrigerator, but it was a bit cold (maybe because we didn't know how to set the heater, it kept stopping working by itself). There were 3 private onsens. ♨️ The owner took very good care of us.
New, fully renovated place with a hot spring. Owner was also very kind. Made kusatsu trip very enjoyable. Will visit again
There was also a hot spring in the facility. It was separated by gender, but it was used as a family charter for the time being , Happy to spend it with my partner. The rooms were clean and had a perfect view. Located at a short distance from the town. The host's casual consideration is also very pleasant, and if I visit Kusatsu again, I would like to visit you again.
About 7 years ago, I stayed during the touring. The room is clean and a little nostalgic, and it feels like you're back home. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Yubatake, but it is a good distance to take a walk. The meal is all-you-can-eat rice, and it feels like a little Western food, mainly Japanese. The amount is sufficient both in the morning and evening, and it is delicious and full. The owner...
When I heard the way to the waterfall on the way back, he took me to the entrance by car, and the rice was very delicious and the private bath was also good. It was a quiet and very good trip, probably because I haven't put all the rooms in Corona yet.

Located close to the Yubatake hot spring, the private baths (including an open-air bath) use the hot spring water from the Yubatake hot spring, and they're free. For dinner, we have Akagi beef teppanyaki, so you don't have to worry about missing dinner. Relax in the hot water and enjoy the teppanyaki, guaranteed! Our mascot cat, Loki, will be waiting for you.
I had rice for breakfast. It was perfect. The cat was so gentle and had such beautiful fur. For some reason, it started rubbing its tail against me, so I petted it.
It's within walking distance of the Yubatake. Perfect for those who love touring the outdoor baths and visiting Kusatsu Onsen hot springs! 🤭 The public bath, Chiyo-no-yu, and the nearby Ninokawa-no-yu and Otaki-no-yu baths are conveniently located nearby, offering 24-hour access. 🙆☺️ It's very convenient. Free parking. The beautiful private bath is open 24 hours a day, with an indoor bath (open 2...
Good taste for dinner and breakfast and staff very nice very good experience
Dinner and breakfast very good and location is ok but Behind the 7-11 need 15 minutes
We stopped off at Oze for the night after descending the mountain. It was within walking distance of the Yubatake hot springs, so we enjoyed a leisurely evening and morning stroll. Meals were included, with seafood and meat teppanyaki for dinner and yakisoba noodles for the final course. There were also a variety of appetizers and side dishes, so we were completely satisfied. 🍴😣💦 Breakfast included...

It was wonderful. The owner is very attentive, kind, and speaks good English. The ryokan has a rich history, and we really enjoyed learning about it and talking with Mr. Yoshiaki. The onsen water is excellent, and we loved absolutely everything! The ryokan is very well located, but please note — it’s situated on a hill. The view is great, but you’ll need to walk uphill, which might be a bit difficult...
We stayed here during our honeymoon trip across Japan and looking back, it was definitely the nicest place we stayed in. It is a traditional family-owned business. Everyone we interacted with, especially the young man at the desk, went above and beyond to be extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and the futons were very comfy. We used the private onsen which was very relaxing. We...
We stayed at this 5th generation, family run ryokan for 2 nights in October and had a lovely time. We were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the ryokan, which included a manga room, a piano, and the baths. We had a room on the second floor, quiet and overlooking the greenery outside. We enjoyed a rest in our room before heading out to explore, in our yukata. When we returned in the evening, the room...
Lovely stay at a traditional Ryokan! The staff are very friendly and give good advice. The room is spacious, clean and the futon is really comfortable! It was a great experience using a Japanese bath for the first time. Both gender separated and a private bathroom are available. Would highly recommend a stay!
I came to Kusatsu with some friends to spend three days, and this ryokan was absolutely perfect for relaxing after so much walking around. The hot spring baths could bring the dead back to life. They were amazing! The service was outstanding; the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. We’re beyond happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay 🙂‍↕️🥰

Used it on a quick trip to Kusatsu. I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but the price was so incredibly low that I decided to book. In the end, I was so glad that parking was free and the rental was so cheap!! It was a great value family trip!
Although it was cleaned, it still felt insufficient. The room itself was fine, but I was a little disappointed that there was no toothbrush or toilet.
I also have to pay for heating and cleaning, which are strange charges...
If you go to a ski resort, you can stay here. But to go to the Kusatsu hot spring attractions, it is recommended to have a car. After paying the room fee, other items in the store must be paid for at your own expense. If there are other options, I will not choose here again.
Competitive, low prices. No hassle. You can’t complain. Great location for skiers and snowboarders.
It's a reasonable price and is about an 18 minute walk from the center of town.

They had yukata and other items provided, which was very comfortable. They were also very helpful with getting my car in and out, so I had a great time.

There was a dog run and the dogs seemed to have a lot of fun.
It is a pension where you can stay with your dog. The owner couple are very warm, gentle and welcoming. Although it is small, there is a dog run, and the dogs are satisfied. The food is completely homemade and very healthy and delicious. It's not fancy, but it's enough to fill you up. It's a great location to escape the heat in the summer and enjoy skiing in the winter.
I stayed with my pet. The food is delicious and the facilities are beautiful. The service is also attentive. Kirara is also healed.
It is a clean and homey good pension. A delicious meal with plenty of vegetables. Toilet and bath are shared but clean. If it is with a dog, Kita Karuizawa best friend may be.
It is a pension that can be spent with Honobono. A small open-air bath is also great. I wished the food was so full of vegetables (laughs).
It was used in 2013 Feb 9-10. To enjoy snow at Karuizawa Snow Park (Wanwan Paradise, Dog Run), you can arrive in 30 minutes by car. It is very convenient geographically. I think it is a convenient place to go to a dog run both winter and summer.
