We enjoyed our stay a lot! Both breakfast and dinner were in kaiseke style. The hotel picked us up from bus terminal, also sent us to the nearby ski resort. The most surprising part is the staff pick us up again from the ski resort and sent us to our 2nd hotel in Kusatsu. Best service ever!

I was able to stay cheaply in the hot spring town. This was enough for a night without meals, and I was able to visit 9 hot springs in the town. The building and facilities are a little old, but it has a Showa-era feel to it.

Room was cold after the oil heater ran out in the middle of the night. The oil heater was not enough for the whole night during the winter time and the hot water in the sink was not working.

Friendly and responsive Mr Kinta. All are good, less commercial than the main hotel at resort, feel like home and cosy. Have laundry and cooking pantry, good fit for family stay. The minor thing is that the wall in room can consider a bit scratchy. Overall love the stay and will return if coming back to Naeba.

The B&B is very close to Naeba, within a ten-minute walk. If you want to take the bus from Prince Hotel, you can ask the owner to send you there. We booked a Japanese-style + private bathroom, which was well maintained, but there were no curtains on the windows, so it was very bright in the morning, and it would be noisy if other guests passed by. Acceptable For the amount we paid for the room, the amenities are not really up to the standard in Japan.

The hot bath is very hot, no one can stay in for more than 5 mins. During snowy night, the snow truck to clear the road will keep you awake all night. The old Mr Kinta tries all his way to charge you a few hundred Yen here and there while the young Mr Kinta is more honest and did not over charge us. Kinta and his family are very great hosts. The breakfast every morning was a delight. Evening dinner meals were even better. A very warm and cozy hotel. A great little bar area. Very good rental gear. All in all an absolutely top hotel experience. 10 out of 10! We would highly recommend staying at Kinta Naeba.

There's nothing particularly special around the inn, but you can relax and enjoy yourself inside the inn. The manager is very polite and kind, and the other staff members are also very helpful. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast. 👍 Highly recommended!

Nice location which close to Takasaki Station. Hotel with great breakfast services, onsen and amenities is provided. Drink session is until 12.30am and you can enjoy even u are thirsty. Highly recommended.

Although the room is small, it's a good choice for short-distance accommodation. It's close to the station, making it a good option for dining and shopping. Plus, with only two beds in one room, you can save some travel expenses.

The price was reasonable, the amenities were all there, and the kids enjoyed the free snack shop and drink bar. The ladies received a DHC gift set, and the kids received a toy. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Takasaki.

The Japanese-style room in the East Wing was small, but it had all the necessary bathroom facilities, and the shower equipment wasn't too old. Dinner was excellent and catered well to tourists' tastes. However, the most beautiful outdoor hot spring perpetually had insufficient water temperature, making it impossible to get in. The water coming out of the spout was only 40 degrees, so keep that in mind
