The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. If you have an afternoon flight, you'll have to take a taxi. It feels more suitable for those traveling by car. On the plus side, you can walk to Hoshino Café.
The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and no one told us we could call ahead to reserve a table. Water activities also require reservations, and they don't accept phone bookings; you have to go early in the morning to get a spot, which is a bit too primitive 😂.
The beach and pool are beautiful, and the rooms are well-maintained. The off-season price seems reasonable.

So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the facilities themselves feel rather outdated, and some areas could benefit from renovation or modernization to match the quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the aging infrastructure slightly affects the impression.

The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, certainly a good place to stay away from the city to relax for a few days. Pool, gym, spa, beach ... are all available.

Stepping into the room was absolutely breathtaking; the view was stunning, with the white church right outside the window ⛪️. On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style.
The hotel has a shuttle service that runs regularly to and from the Hoshino Resorts Banyan Tree Iriomote, allowing guests to enjoy their 8 pools. Right next door to the hotel is the famous Hoshino Coffee, a must-try.

1） Located in a very secluded location, driving in at night is very scary due to the lack of streetlights.

Horrible experience at Hotel Nikki Alivila and would definitely not recommend anyone!
The hotel is very old, and unfortunately not looked after: lots of damages and very dirty.
On our day of arrival we immediately tried to negotiate some kind of refund as it was clear for us that we will not stay in that hotel, not even one night. Neither the hotel management nor Trip.com were able to give us any refund. It was a lengthy process without any outcome, except the hotel offering us a different room which did not smell as bad as the first one, but otherwise also did not look okay.

Awesome resort with all the amenities. Was expecting dedicated kids play room but it was not available. But the beach pool, area was enough to keep the toddler occupied . View from the room was stunning . Location of the hotel is very remote . With own vehicle it will be very convenient to stay in this resort .
