The triple room was really spacious and comfortable, though it was quite cold when we first entered. We immediately cranked up the air conditioning to 27 degrees Celsius on the highest fan setting and left it on all night. Exceptional location, you step out of the train and roll off the ramp to the hotel. On the other side of the station you can already see Mt. Fuji staring down on you. The mountain view room we booked is on the first floor. The view is average. I don't think it's necessary. I'm outside most of the day and I can't see it when I go back at night. The hotel service attitude is very good! Very considerate, reminding us of breakfast time and noticing that some of us hadn't eaten breakfast, so they called to ask if we had eaten. Enjoying Mount Fuji with my parents, this hotel offered spacious rooms with private onsen, including breakfast and dinner. There's really nothing to do around Lake Kawaguchiko at night, so the hotel was a good option for dinner. The hotel is located halfway up a hill, so getting in and out was a bit tiring due to the uphill walk.

Very quiet and ideal for a good rest. The hot springs are fantastic. Mount Fuji can be seen within a 10-minute walk from the hotel entrance (heading towards the mountain). For those driving up, ensure you choose the right road.

Breakfast was overpriced and felt a bit ceremonial, but the content itself was pretty average.

This hotel is right next to the starting point of the Mount Fuji Marathon. It's super convenient because after checking out, you can still store your luggage and even take a free shower. Breakfast is a set menu. If I ever come back to run the Mount Fuji Marathon, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I booked quite late, so there weren't many options. This hotel is pretty average overall, but the location is quite convenient. It's right by Lake Kawaguchiko, and it's easy to walk to the lake, the scenic cable car, and the station. The price wasn't expensive either, so I'd say it's a relatively economical choice.

Room was super nice and have the lake view. Location was super good for walking along the lake plus taking cable car. Dinner was so so but they offered us a compliment wine, it was a surprise. Souvenir shop had many offerings. Only drawback was the onsen at basement was a bit strange at nite.

We loved the service and had a fantastic stay here. The food was authentic and tasty, and we appreciate the shuttle bus to and fro Kawaguchiko station. The hotel even kindly offered to store our luggages for a couple of hours after we checked out.

We got a room with no view, but was surprised to see Fujisan the next morning outside our window when the sky is clear. Got ourself with the dinner and breakfast package, and was fed till full. Didn’t have time to try to onset this round but would definitely be back for my next trip.

The hotel is quite old, and you can definitely see the historical grandeur from when the Emperor stayed there. The owner is very elderly, and though he doesn't smile much, he's very kind; he gave us free rides to the station twice. There isn't much in terms of service, and the facilities are a bit dated with no restaurant, but the location is excellent.

We selected a tatami style room for 4 and it was just the right size, however do note that suitcases are only allowed at the entrance platform of the room and not into the tatami bit due to the nature of the flooring. Geographical location: Not very convenient, but the hotel has an open-air parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving tours. Hotel environment: clean, no odor in the room. There is a hot spring that is only open at night, you must try it.

The accommodation is good, but if you don't have a private car, it will be a bit difficult to travel. The hotel and staff are friendly. If you want to eat food, you have to make a reservation. Dinner in that area closes a bit early.

Overall it was a very good experience. Check-in was supposed to end at 22:00, but because I called in advance to inform them of my late arrival, the front desk waited until 23:00. Thank you very much. Please ignore my messy luggage.

Great place in the middle of yamanakako - ok if you have a car but might be tricky to come via public transport. Amenities wise they have a common area with table tennis tables and a onsen. they also let you rent bicycles to go cycling around the lake. Rooms were spacious and great for big groups. Only downside is the kettle that takes 30min to boil
