Breakfast was overpriced and felt a bit ceremonial, but the content itself was pretty average.

This hotel is right next to the starting point of the Mount Fuji Marathon. It's super convenient because after checking out, you can still store your luggage and even take a free shower. Breakfast is a set menu. If I ever come back to run the Mount Fuji Marathon, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel location is great, right by Lake Kawaguchiko, and it's a ten-minute walk to the train station. Downstairs, there's a restaurant street, a Lawson convenience store, and even a smoking area, plus it's very close to the cable car station. The hotel is a bit old, but it has a lot of character. It also has a hot spring, and the free bath was so relaxing. It was my first time staying in a tatami room, which was quite interesting. The best part is that the hotel fee includes breakfast and dinner, which were both delicious and exquisitely prepared! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions and not far from the station. It's quiet at night, and the room is just the right size, very clean, with views of Lake Kawaguchiko right outside the window. The onsen on the top floor is quite thoughtfully designed.
The beef in the hot pot for dinner was very fresh, and the elderly lady who served our meal at the restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, treating guests like family. She'd ask if you had enough to eat, which made me feel very welcome.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would consider staying here again.

The hotel, i feel have been renovated. The receptionist, a non Japanese is good. Their staff is friendly and nice. Goof location, Lawson is next to this building. Goof lake view and rtc

I booked quite late, so there weren't many options. This hotel is pretty average overall, but the location is quite convenient. It's right by Lake Kawaguchiko, and it's easy to walk to the lake, the scenic cable car, and the station. The price wasn't expensive either, so I'd say it's a relatively economical choice.

It was located in a very convenient place to watch both the lake Kawaguchi make mount Fuji. Other attractions are within walking distance and bus stop is nearby. Facility itself was little dated and clealiness was not good enough for my liking. Service was kinda mediocre.

the hotel is only have lake view. rooms are spacious.

I love everything here, the room, the view from the room, the onsen and the dinner set. Just a couple of small things. When I asked if we could use the hotel bicycles, the front says it’s not for guests. However, I did saw a couple of tourists ride them the next day. One thing I think could be improved is, door lock is still using key. Would be better if changed to keycard.

🏨 the ryokan turned out to be much more beautiful than i expected from what i've seen on the pictures here
🗺️ the location is great, and even though we didn't get the room with the lake view, the view was still amazing. there's also a konbini and a few cafés right next to the ryokan, so it was very convenient

⭐️ taking one star off cause the shower-head was a bit broken and the room wasn't clean enough to my taste
