Spacious room, and it was amazing to see the entire Mt. Fuji right outside the window when we opened it.

"We stayed here as a couple and were absolutely blown away by the location—it is perfect for exploring and very convenient (5/5). The service was friend8ly, and the amenities provided were good and met our needs during the stay.
However, we felt the cleanliness was just average (3/5). The room didn't feel as fresh as we expected, and some areas could use a deeper clean. If the hotel can improve their housekeeping standards, this would be a 5-star stay. Overall, a good choice if location is your top priority!"

Imagine clear and full Mount Fuji view from your room. It’s stunning. This is what you will get. Cleanliness needs some improvement. Hair found in clean towels. Overall, it is worth recommending.

The hotel room is much larger compared to city hotels, and you can clearly see Mount Fuji from your room. While transportation around Lake Kawaguchiko doesn't run very late, the hotel offers bicycle rentals, which is convenient for reaching more distant convenience stores and restaurants. Although it's a few minutes' walk from the station, the path is flat and not crowded, so even with large luggage, it's not an issue.

10min walk from kawaguchiko station. Not much food options nearby and they close on Wednesdays. Looks like how they advertised, white decor and mount fuji view

I really fall in love with the view of Fujisan feom the room. The staff at the reception is really kind.
