Getting to the hotel was super easy, a direct bus from Fujikyu, and it drops you right at the entrance. Unfortunately, the hotel's hot spring was closed during my two-day stay. However, once they understood our needs, they quickly arranged for us to use the best hot spring nearby, free of charge, which was a fantastic experience! Plus, the restaurant and rooms offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of Mount Fuji. Highly recommend!

The location is fantastic, right next to Fuji-Q Highland and with a direct bus connection. However, the rooms are at most a 3-star standard. The hot springs were very crowded, and the lack of a self-service laundry machine was a major inconvenience. Do *not* try the buffet dinner; the quality is incredibly low, clearly catering to tour groups with simple food and limited variety, which is completely disproportionate to the price. On the positive side, all the staff members were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, especially the Chinese woman at the front desk. Her warm and accommodating service was truly a highlight of our trip.

Very close to Fuji Q. Have access to Fujiyama Onsen next door which looks popular among local people. Can see Fuji Mt from the lift when the weather is good.

Highland Resort & Spa Hotel is at excellent location, the express bus station from Tokyo is right by the door step. Although there is a theme park next door it didn’t seem to be open or busy. I booked a room for 3 nights with Mt Fuji view. And I was lucky enough to wake up to view of Mt. Fuji for 2 days. On the day I checked out, there was heavy snow, and I couldn’t see anything out of my window.
Hotel has a very big Onsen connected to the it which is free for hotel guest. Hotel had a few restaurants, the buffet breakfast was very good. The macron club Restaurant serves lovely Italian cuisine and a few Asian dishes. I had a very delicious lunch there.
Highland Hotel is closed to Kawaguchi Lake and Yamanakako lake.

I love it. Very impressive on the falicity in the room and the hotel has direct pass to Fujiyama onsen for free! They has a free bus to go around the city. I bit hard to walk to Kawaguchiko station by yourself.

We love to stay here very much. Location convenient to everywhere. Free entrance to Fuji Q which just next door. Mt. Fuji view in the dining area! And we stayed Mt. Fuji view room. For sure will revisit!

It is an excellent hotel with well-thought of facilities and amenities to support overseas tourists.
Notes: make use of the free shuttle bus (and make a copy of the timetable and bus stops), free access to the Onsen next door and fantastic customer service (fluent English and total professionalism). This is absolute Japanese hospitality!
If you are lazy, feel free to take breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet from the hotel! In-room dining prices are highly competitive.

Nice room, perfekt View, breakfast was also good. Onsen nearby (inside Transfer Bridge, Something Like 300m) was convenient. Can recommend this Hotel!

This is the best hotel that I ever stay!! Enjoying the Mount Fuji View early in the morning! Especially their breakfast spot you can enjoy the whole Mount Fuji View there! Only one things is staying in Grand Executive Room should be entitled the Bvlagari amenity end up they forget to put inside our room:(( A bit disappointed but lucky they bring it up for us. Others that this I really enjoy my stay here. Definitely will come back again:)))

Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite new.
The dinner, however, wasn't great. It cost 7,000 yen per person, but there wasn't much food. Breakfast, on the other hand, was plentiful and delicious.
