Staff are just superb, friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was impressive in variety and offering. The Onsen facilities are a further highlight along with the post Onsen ice cream and probiotic drinks included😀. The late night Soba noodles were another delightful touch. Complimentary washing machine access was very appreciated, rooms are quiet, aircon efficient. The translated remote control info( TV and air con) on the TV home screen was just so helpful. Delighted customers, thanks all.

Good hot spring, expensive breakfast, but the late night ramen snack is a great and satisfying meal fix.
Overall, suitable for families though rom sizes are really small.

This hotel is truly a gem. It’s only six min walk from the station. Fast check in. As Japanese hotels near train station usually very small, we always try to book twin rooms. This twin room has a separate sink outside the bathroom. Best of all this hotel has hot spring, both indoor and outdoor, very nice!

Clean and modern in great location next to museum and castle. Check out the 9th floor for the Onsen, cold bath and sauna. Highly recommend

The double room in this somewhat rural location was a decent size. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the station, and there are 2-3 convenience stores within a 3-minute walk downstairs. The service was good; they helped carry our luggage up after we checked it in early. The signature hot spring bath at Dormy Inn is also excellent.

This is a wonderful hot spring hotel. Every detail is exquisite, showcasing Japanese meticulousness while maintaining a grand and comfortable feel. The hot springs, in particular, are impeccable. Highly recommend!

Convenient location as it is about 5 mins walk from the main station. Comfortable beds and hotspring is great !

A reasonably priced hotel with amenities that extend beyond its price point. Free washing machines (with a minimally priced dryer) and an onsen with refreshments. Close to main attractions and the station/bus terminal.

Second stay and so glad to be back! Simple hotel has everything you need and access to the extra things one might think of. I came back specifically because the rooftop onsen is so nice! Plenty of room (indoor and outdoor baths) with the outdoor one giving a clear view of the sky above. Being able to do laundry for free is super convenient and the efficiency of having this up in the onsen area makes it even easier - throw laundry on and then relax for half an hour while clothes are washing! Complimentary icecream after baths feels deluxe and is a great chance to try the different flavours! Microwave makes breakfast easy in the morning and the hotel generally feels safe given it was predominantly locals rather than pushy tourists. Staff are super friendly and helpful with recommendations and luggage forwarding.
