Fantastic location with great amenities. But hotel is due for a refresh. TV is from 2000s and can't cast or stream. Hotel room size is good and bed is comfortable with hot spring at the hotel.

The room looks a bit old as well as the toilet. In terms of cleanliness I dont have any problem. I asked for an additional pillow at no extra cost. I like my view from my room because I see some mountains as well. The location is really near the station so it’s pretty convenient. Airconditioning is centralized.

Hotel locates nearby train station and city centre
Room is small. Hotel has none of public bath facilities
But breakfast is superb
Car parking is public and it is chargeable.

Everything about the hotel is commendable. Will definitely stay again when I come again to Matsumoto.

Excellent location just near by bus station terminal. Good hotel ,good service with friendly staff and the facilities are great with a snack and drink floor at the 10 th of the hotel. I most surprised and love to see all the the skin care products are DHC. I will stay there again❤️

Right opposite Matsumoto station and across the road from the bus terminal/mall. Very convenient and has the typical comforts and cleanliness of a japanese hotel

Great hotel for my one night requirement enroute to Kamikochi. Close to train & bus stations with conbini very close by.

The room is clean, near the station and near conbini (lawson and family mart) and next to the bus station.
i booked for non-smoking room but somehow i can still faintly smell cigarette 😔
